Oporto

Tonight 5 April, 6pm. There was only 1 young lady on tonight. Timetable mishap. She did fantastic. I might of had to wait a little bit (3 people were served before me) but for the first time in a while, the chips tasted great. Not half cooked. And she even gave me the sauce for free for the waitage. I didn't get the girl name but well done.

Ordered food, got home and found the order was not complete for two of the three meals. It can’t be that hard that I have to check whether or not my order is complete. I ll think twice about going back.

Amazing service, great food. Girl working there when I visited has amazing customer service skills, an asset for her company.polite, courteous, professional.cant miss mentioning her name.shavinka.you are amazing.

I’m usually a regular here, at least 4-5 times a month. Today specifically I experienced for the first time where staff was super rude. I am shook today. The girl with a bit of colour in her hair and is tall was extremely rude to me and yelled at me. I even saw her not use gloves to put chips into the container with her bare hands! This is unacceptable especially with covid going on right now. Owner need to review this staff member and educate her on infection control.

I sent a review to let them know it was bad and was told that I should expect a call. Their burgers on this occassion, were bad and i had to chuck them out. I received calls from them during work hours, while I was in meetings so I was unable to pick up. It tried returning their calls but it goes to a fax machine. So.what can I do now?

I ordered my food and noticed one of the cleaners washing the walls with soapy water in which was splattering everywhere whilst there was food being prepared they've lost my service

I have been going there for a few weeks for treats for my grandchildren
I usually order 8 meals plus every time the staff say 8 meals and roll there eyes up
Saying not her again. I'm sure. Not nice at all most of the time the burgers are full ex amount of sauce unhappy!

Burgers are great. Chicken is dry and poorly flavoured. Chips were soggy. Needs to be better cooked and packaged for in-house visitors. Uber orders are fine.

Once again ive been let down by the staff here this time I didn't get my 10pk churros. I was told by staff (that everything is in the bag) so i didnt check the order this has happened on 2 occasions i spend heaps of my hard earned money here and cant believe that this happened again its really not hard to get my order right and am really over getting sharfted at my local.cheers.not: (

Surprisingly to us, chips were great and chicken burger lovely. Will call again as it is better than Oporto on Main North Rd.

I ordered the oprego burger then drove home and bit into my burger and there was no chicken! I called them several times and they didn't answer so I drove all the way back and showed them my burger. When I showed them my burger they laughed at me as if it was funny and made me a new burger without giving me anything free after wasting my time and petrol.

My weekly gas station. Staffs are very friendly most of them. Loving going back for their service.

Love Oporto's.but this isnt a good place to get it.takes too long for fast food and they messed up my order.

Absolute pathetic service. We ordered through menulog and was given all the wrong things. After calling them up the lady was nothing but rude and said there's nothing they can do. $45 for 2 small burgers and 2 small drinks PATHETIC

I prefer the half or quarter chicken meal.

They do have other options in chicken and serves enough quantity. If you are after half plate chicken then you get choice to decide two sides.

They do have a vegan burger

Oporto is always great however this particular one only gives In-house soda in there cups not the bottles like most oporto's. Still great though.

Did not get what i ordered got something that made my lips burn like crazy.big waste of $14.50 and while waiting for my food staff are touching and eating food.

For my 2nd sasuage roll it was actually pretty decent (first was from bakery on o'connell in north adelaide, highly recommend going there) but the chai latté it had alot to be desired, definitely needed way more chai.

Good service, staff were friendly but there was a female staff that i feel like she was trying to ignore me.i shout 'excuse me' quite loud but no answer back, she is not far away tho.otherwisr, good staffs and service, really disappointed today staff tho.

Been here a few times and always someone less than impressed to serve and/or vomplete lack of service.
