Oporto reviews
50This place has a one of the best chicken in Adelaide. Also the customer service is nice. However, most of the time if you go after 5 pm they don’t have whole chicken. Or they said it takes 50 mins. It is sad because you need to go so far to find another branch or chose other type of food
Ordered at 10: 30pm from UberEats and the food arrived at midnight. Stale and cold! Never ordering from here again. Super disappointed
Don't go here. Food takes too long and when I showed up, there was no chicken available. The guy was like we are cooking fresh chicken and will take a while. The main item on the menu is chicken. How can you not have it?
I alway love to eat food oporto.staff is really nice, good and quick enough i went there on 24/09/23 at evening time guy was very friendly give me fresh food keep it up
Got the order wrong again forgot Drinks in the deal so got home and had to come back by then the other food was crape and cold
The guy on the counter was very lovely, and let me know about upcoming specials for the weekend, which was super helpful! He even brought over my food to the table as I had my toddler with me. Definitely great service! The food came out fast and hot too! Cutlery and napkins were provided, and the area was clean as well. Can't ask for more than that.
I have called them and ordered. They have took my order and said we will start making now. And when I came to store after 20 minutes and they told me they are not making orders taken on the call untill customer comes.
Made an order for a whole chicken feed and was missing half the order. We weren't given a drink with our burger meal too and there is also an entire burger missing.
Very, very poor service. There were a couple of people waiting for their orders when I arrived and they seem like they had been waiting for a while given their facial expressions of frustration. I waited over 9min to be served and waited over 15min to be served the food. There was 1 individual behind the counter who was doing both the good preparation and the cooking while his colleague was seating on the side having lunch and watching his colleague sink in the volume of orders coming through. A few customers could not stand the wait and just left without placing any orders. The guy behind the counter did not even make an attempt to ask for assistance from his colleague but instead chose to leave customers with a terrible customer experience.
It's inside petrol station. You can purchase the food and at the same time buy your groceries. Ample seat. Not many parking area as most people just order takeaway. Food is just ok.
Expect to be getting great food from the servo, yes the servo. Go for a but leave with the chicken, best vegetables I have eaten was here.
I am afraid the customer service was not as good as it should be. The quality of the food was good but compared to what I had before, it could have been better.
Food here is very nice, and reminded me how tasty Oporto can be. It’s disappointing then that we felt short-changed from our food.
The menu states that the Haloumi & Chicken Rappa includes chicken fillets (note plural). We were not pleased then when our wraps only had a single (small) fillet each.
Given the only difference between this and the cheaper Bondi Rappa is the addition of Haloumi (aside from slightly different sauce salad config). It’s hard to not feel like we’re paying more for less over the cheaper item.
Idk, either the wraps were made wrong at this store, the menu is wrong, or somewhere in between. Definitely detracted from an otherwise good experience. I’d rate Oporto well, maybe not so for this store however.
Service is very late… it’s been 45 mins and I’m still waiting for my order… what a shame… on Uber eats they saying it will get delivered in 15 to 25 mins.like 45 mins… Carls junior give quick service then you guys.would never come again if I need food quickly or in rush
Terrible service, very long wait time workers showing no urgency or care. Got our order wrong incorrect burger, no additional sauce and the worst chips imaginable how can we wait 15 minutes and get cold chips? Definitely never coming back
The store was incredibly busy, but the staff were blunt and the food was cold, I ordered a large and got small chips.
I can't believe how much standards have fallen at Oporto. Paid $35~ for 2 regular meals.my wife ordered a Chicken Rappa meal with chili sauce and extra salt on the chips.chips were soggy and had no salt, Rappa had no chili sauce and no tomato (standard on this) at all. I asked for an Otropo with oprego sauce, got no oprego sauce, no cheese (also standard with the Otropo) instead the burger was cold and soaked in mayo. Missing a special request is one thing, missing EVERY request and some of the standard ingredients is next level lazy/incompetent.
Im sure those chicken strips were fried not grilled and were fried a bit too much. They were tasteless. Loaded chilli fries were good and hot.
This has always been my go-to Oporto in Adelaide - best burgers, nicest staff, and a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal.
Disgusting service, unprofessional, waited 20 minutes to order a SIMPLE meal, only to get served cold chips and the worse off-putting burger, so soggy the bun disintegrated half way through - yes I was hungry! Staff busier chatting and sharing jokes between them…appalling overall, guaranteed never to return and spread this substandard service they kept saying “sorry” for their incompetence yet continued to have customers waiting while talking.
