50Needs to be avoided at all cost. My brother who has a serious rash all over his body waiting to see the doctor for 30 minutes. The receptionist has no idea. The doctor comes out and says he had no idea he has allergic reaction. People going in and out of this clinic every 5 minutes
Only a short wait, Dr was very understanding and asked questions. Felt personalised and comfortable.
I booked a Telehealth appointment waited an hour, still no phone call. Called the clinic and was told I'd receive a call in a few minutes as the doctor had just opened my file. It has been 90mins since my appointment was supposed to start and still no phone call.
Soo happy with the care received from Doctor Houston. Moving forward with guidance-a care plan with Physio and a Dietian, who are lovely people and great at what they do.
AND they visit the clinic weekly and have helped me ease the severity of my issue and fully understand what is really going on and what could lessen my discomfort…thanks Northern Medical and Doctor Houston
The young lady at front desk is so rude! I needed to know some information but what she did was so bad but her colleague helped me so good.
Friendly and caring practice, great doctors who genuinely care about their patients, and take the time to be thorough to ensure your medical needs are met, and that you receive the proper treatment needed. Highly recommend Northern Medical Centre.

Great doctors, very attentive to my needs, everything I need is in the one place and I have never have has to wait too long
Worst experience ever! Went for my COVID19 booster shot and the GP didn't confirm my details, what I was there for, didn't clean my arm and jabbed me and I had hardly lifted my sleeve up. He didn't put a band aid on before saying I could go. My vaccination record was not updated for 3 days and only got it updated after I called twice to ask them to do it. Will NEVER be going back for anything!
Vaccine booster was very efficient, hardly any waiting time and booster took less than 30s, with zero pain or blood
Spent the weekend in agonizing pain as script wasn't faxed to chemist as asked, not the first time that's happened either. Had a receptionist hang up on me when asking when my phone app would be as I needed the script ASAP. Will be changing Doctor surgery now.
Went here to get my COVID jabs. Doctor is extremely nice, always ahead of time, no fuss and didn't feel a thing. Thanks
I have been attending this clinic for over 3 years now. Both Dr Kammath and Dr Houston have been incredibly caring and actively listening to my concerns every time I have visited them. The staff at the reception are also very friendly. Very happy with the services we have received from this clinic and recommend to others at anytime.
Appointments are to close together consequently resulting in unnecessary waiting times to see a doctor. E.g. Booked at 4pm, see doctor at 5pm. But then again don't all doctor's, specialists do this?
I’ve been going to the Northern Medical Centre for a few years now. The doctors & staff are always friendly & efficient. It’s nice to be seen as a person rather than just another patient
I've been around this area for about 30 years and in all that time I've never felt like I've found a doctor that listens or receptionists that are welcoming and a lay out that is inviting and are ok to see more patients. This medical centre has it all and so much more that I cant even begin to describe to anyone else. After 30 years of searching ove finally found a place that will now be the only place I will go for my issues. So much so after I left this centre I burst into tears as i was was so overwhelmed by how special the whole team is. They work together like a well oiled maintained machine that has been hand made from yesterday year. Thank u guys for your beautiful centre. I'd like to say that's all but I cant as I've only been there once but rest assured I'll be sharing lots more positive I feel will be on the future. Excellent 10 out of 5 stars from me
I moved here from Whyalla and didn't have a new regular GP yet. I came here a few times for blood tests, then came again because I had trouble sleeping due to tooth/jaw pain. I tried everything OTC to natural remedies, nothing worked. I have dentist booked at community clinic but appointment isn't for another 2 weeks due to covid and I am extremely sleep deprived from the pain.
The swelling in my gums was very visible, doctor checked it, all he gave me was antibiotics and Circadin (which is a natural sleep aid), he told me that this will help with the pain. I asked him if its pain relief, he didn't answer and told me to 'just give it a go'
I went to pharmacy and they told me that this is not for pain relief, just for sleep and it was nearly $50! I couldn't afford it, so I went back to doctor and he insisted I try it. I told him I absolutely don't have any $$$ for it, he told me to go to Chemist Warehouse and refused to give me anything else.
I went to Chemist Warehouse and it was $3 cheaper.great. Not everyone can afford to pay $50 for a natural sleep aid when they don't even have sleep issues.
Waste of my time and money going back and forth.
So I went to a clinic in Salisbury North and they helped me straightaway and prescribed me a strong anti-inflammatory that was PBS covered and slept better for first time in days!
This GP is absolutely terrible, both doctors here have no people skills and the language barrier is impossible to overlook as I've been there 4 times in the past 3 weeks wanting a simple Medical certificate but have had to keep returning because of their mistakes. Will be changing GP as soon as possible because this hasn't been their first mistake and it won't be their last.
Terrible service booked well in advance and still had to wait outside for 20 minutes due to covid restrictions. Waiting room is empty and still waiting outside. Doctor can't find blood pressure machine. I had to point it out to him, it's in the corner. Second time back to get a script.what is going on? Sent my script to the chemist and forgot to tell me the fax did not go through.
How do they stay in business.the lack of clients should have give me an indication of their service.
