Went in for a covid booster, receptionist took my details. Don't need an appointment. Was seen within 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Would recommend going.

Always on point and thoroughly checking off the boxes to see if there are any problems or if i need to seek medical attention

Dr Jen Xin Lau was a friendly and helpful doctor who handled our health needs efficiently.

Only a short wait, Dr Li is a wonderful doctor, he was very understanding and asked questions so I didn't feel like just a number. Felt personalised and comfortable.

Waiting room comfortable. Staff friendly. Wait was only about 20 mins which was expected as the clinic was busy

Very poor though I'd give a second chance pain went for scan got results clearly something that need fixing with surgery eventually as will affect my work and get worse over time no explanation just printed my results no further investigation unless I told dr to refer me to specialist he would of said nothing a sent me home in and out knowing nothing all he said is we have booster you want booster

Very good friendly service. Same day appointment, doctor Houston was excellent and reception staff very helpful. 10/10

Dr Kamath discriminates against seeing patients even when the patients have been to the SAME practice with others doctors multiple times within the same year. (Not just telehealth, in person appts I have had too)

To then tell me at 11am that I cannot see him for an urgent script for a 1220pm appointment is completely disgusting. Where is the loyalty? I understand if I had never went to this practice before but this is my regular medical practice.

I would have booked Dr Houston if he was available but we don’t foresee when we are sick and in need of a doctor. (Sorry Dr Houston, this score is not a reflection of your service).

The staff and doctors at this clinic go out of there way to ensure you have a good outcome to your condition offer care plans to help you in the recovery process. Very rare to find a clinic that offers above and beyond to your care

A comprehensive care centre, with multiple weekly specialist services available. Plus an onsite nurse available mon-fri,
This clinic can be great, however a five day wait for a phone consult while extremely Ill with Omicron Covid variant is appauling.
I was able to use my son's asthma medications and old pregnisalone to avoid a trip to E. R.
