Nirala Indian Cuisine

The food of nirala restaurant is fabulous and delicious i lovee the food so much and my family too. The service is also outstanding i recommend to everyone that visit this restaurant for amazing food.

The food was lovely, really tasty. BUT having to wait over 2.5 hours for a delivery is beyond ridiculous. The first attempt at delivery, 75 mins after ordering, contained only half the order. After another hour and multiple phone calls, we were finally able to eat. It's a shame that such nice food is spoilt by such poor attention to detail and service.

Last night i went nirala for dinner with my family. The food was so delicious and the customer service was outstanding. The atmosphere was so nice. We enjoyed our dinner and i recommend to all to visit nirala indian cuisine.

Waitress was surely and appeared to not want to be there. Ordered sparkling wine piccolo and it was hot. Had to be put in freezer to get cold and when ordered another.was taken off of shelf to be put in freezer. Husbands drink came with no ice and when asked for ice it was dumped on the table in a wine cooler. Beer put on table with a bottle opener. All good and well to promote BYO but not everyone knows this, so all drinks should be served icy cold if customers DON'T BYO. Entrees very average and mains a bit better than average. Overall disappointed with service and food. Won't be back in a hurry.

Please fix your Vindaloo curry, it's supposed to be hot not mild, and it tastes different now. Please change it back to how it used to be, thanks:)

As you walk up to the door, the aroma is amazing. Staff very friendly, food was out of this world. Will be coming back for more.

I ordered through ubereats and I had to wait for an hour for my food which is unacceptable since when the food arrived it was cold and didn't feel fresh and it was just two small entree orders, I'm sure your service at the restaurant may be good but you need to work on your deliveries.

We ordered takeaway for the first time from this restaurant and it was AMAZING! We ordered a variety of food from the menu and loved every single thing. Best Indian we have had from anywhere in Adelaide

I cannot praise this restaurant enough! Have tried almost every Indian restaurant across Adelaide and this is my favourite. They are consistently good 100% of the time. The cheesy naan bread is the best I've ever had, so soft and cheesy! The saag paneer and eggplant curries are my favourite. Dine-in experience is fancy but still chill with cool music, excellent service, reasonable prices, and free BYO!

We had a really nice dine-in experience at Nirala. We went with another couple so had a large variety of entrees and mains all of which were cooked well and very tasty.
The waiter was very attentive and listened to our requests for the spice levels we wanted. BYO was not a problem and they were happy to give us a couple of containers to take some leftovers home.

The food was amazing and quick service. Definitely will go back especially with the great price

The food is good but the service is horrible, waited over an hour and took them half an hour to get the order ready when we were told it would be 5 minutes

Ordered takeaway- veg jalfrezi and aloo gobi and both were cooked in safe gravy sauce. I know that the onion gravy is cooked same for most dishes but they are changed with seasoning accordingly with the dishes. Both the items were bland and I understand I ordered medium spicy and it doesn’t mean that the dishes will be bland. In the vegetable jalfrezi frozen vegetables were used and on top of that prepared in a bland way, we had 3 spoon maximum and throwed it in the bin. In the aloo gobi, the cauliflower was frozen and hard.

Ratings were alright for this restaurant so thought of giving it a try. Later read them and found that most of the reviews are from users who had written just one review and hence, most reviews are fake.

For us, we ordered it for the first and last time and not going to try further to waste our money as ours is heard earned and not by doing scam or fooling others.

The most wonderful Indian restaurant in south Australia, everything was fresh. Highly recommended and great service. Would come again.
