Namaste Nepalese Restaurant reviews
48Omg so delicious. Was a great place to celebrate birthdays. Everyone left feeling content.the Everest Banquet was a great way to taste several dishes
Had a really nice evening here. Lovely venue and delicious food, we had the banquet which was great value and every dish worthwhile, thoroughly recommend
We had the banquet for 2, excellent meal and great way to try a selection of the menu. Im looking forward to going back another time
Nice cosy place. Food are yummy. A must try place. Well satisfied with the staff. Will go again
Disappointing. First (and last) ever meal from Namaste was a home delivery which arrived quickly enough, but the entrees were quite soggy and tasteless, and it really didn't get any better.
Can I give a 10 star review for this gem of s restaurant. Amazing food, friendly and attentive staff and the serving sizes of our food was more than enough to cater for our group. A fantastic place and will definitely be returning. The strawberry ice cream with Cointreau was exceptional.
I along with my wife, her son and his partner, had a belated Mothers day celebration at Namaste. Food was not exceptional but was delicious and filling. Drinks and wine list is extensive. All in all a satisfying night.
Fantastic food and great atmosphere. The host was friendly and our food came out within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.
The food was amazing, and we enjoyed perfect wait service Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Will be back definitely!
Our waiter (forgot his name) was super lovely and made the experience that much better. He offered the vegetarian mini banquet as an option and I'm super impressed by the food. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Food was terrific, service was outstanding. Thank you so much for a great night. Tonight was my partners birthday and her vegan diet was easily adjusted. Thanks again
We had daal baat and momo which has no taste of Nepali food at all and pricy compare to other Nepali restaurant.
Good food, good friendly service. The waiter should carry a note pad, we got rice when we ordered spinach. Not a terrible mistake. We'll be back. Enjoyed our night
Average food and shocking service. The waitress appeared to have had no training and had no idea how to take an order, serve or clear a table.
It was very quiet but we had to go and order wine at the main desk after waiting half an hour to be offered a drink.
Such great food and the staff are friendly. Lamb ribs where amazing, goat curry with mango chutney was superb, tempura prawns with mint sauce delicious. Can't wait to go back. Great atmosphere in the old cottage too.
My Uncle says nothing is ever 100%, but Namaste is pretty damn close. The food was exquisite and cooked to perfection. The beer and wine menu was very extensive and the service was good. Our waitress was calm, polite and patient. It is obvious that the owners want you to have a enjoyablw and memorable meal. Really great value, would recommend.
“Nepalese” food not even remotely Nepalese, & I regularly eat authentic home-cooked Nepali food.
Tried a variety of Nepalese dishes, & apart from most tasting quite bland, they tasted more like an Indian spin-off.
Couldn’t find any Nepali staff to verify Nepali authenticity, and food was very expensive compared to Indian restaurants I’ve been to.
First Nepalese restaurant I’ve been to - I hope the others I explore are more authentic.
Despite this, the set up was lovely, service was great and wall art was awesome.
This restaurant is a wonderful little place hidden off-the-beaten-track. The service is really nice and the place has wonderful decorations inside. The outside looks a little drab so it is easy to miss the delight that hides inside. The meals are absolutely wonderful. The price is very good for the lovely flavours and quality of the food that they provide.
It is a cosy sort of restaurant so if having groups of more than 4 ensure you book a table ahead of time.
Excellent food and service. Everything I tried was delicious and our waiter was very friendly and helpful
It may look like your average neighborhood restaurant, but Namaste is truly beyond expectations!
I wandered in with two friends on a Friday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of traditional Nepalese cusine!
Don’t let appearances fool you—the decor and setting may be very traditional Nepalese, but thats the authentic experience this place delivers. Which is not seen very often these days!
Big thanks to the team and management.
