Went in and tried to order but the lady at the front counter actively ignored me even after I tried to say hello several times. Interesting way to handle a business. I walked out.

The food is delicious, but the pressure to eat is very high, and the lady boss is so scary

Food is ok. But the service is so so …bad. When I was ordering 10 lamb skewers the lady said straight away I can’t order that much, if I don’t order any carbs with it. The no.of lamb skewers I was allowed to order depends on how much I am going to spend. She is such a bully. The yoghurt drink we ordered one jug which is $12 was tasted like two tablespoons of yoghurt plus water. So watery! Definitely not coming back for such bad service.

Food was great but the service wasn’t very as the owners weren’t very friendly.

We always visit once for a while for real authentic Uyghurs cuisine. All the noodles here are beautifully prepared and presented. My friend love the breads here (nang, bao, bun etc…) Yogurt is another must have. New discovery this time, the Qu Qu broth.

The food is always great here, better than other places with higher reviews. In my personal opinion, different people have different personalities. I wouldn’t say the customer service is that bad as some comments left by others. The owners probably focus on their cooking only and omit other details. Personally, I would not eat at a place just because the staff give big smiles, but food is average. I sincerely hope this small business can keep going and bring back more customers.

One of the best Uyghur food in Adelaide, don’t know why people review them as bad service, I have always find their services great, food has always been amazing, nothing to complaint has always been the best of the best this restaurant, a must go if you like lamb and noodle!

Very nice people, unique and good quality food. Try the Beef with tofu, The Pumpkin with lamb dumplings and the home made Noodles (Lagmen). Very welcoming akd hunble small restaurant but made with love and care. I will come back here!

The Food is nice but one of the old staff was very rude,
and didn’t even took our order nicely.it was pleasure to come but, but for staff i give them 0 star

Food was average. Service was terrible, told us we were eating wrong. Ended up paying 170 for 4 dishes. Would never go here again.

I don't even know where to start. The lady who many comments are talking about immediately spoke to our whole group in Mandarin, so we had our best Mandarin speaker to place our order. The lady said that we couldn't get some items because they ran out or it was too much food or a bad combination of foods. Let me preface that she did not LET us order more food even though we wanted to try many dishes and were willing to take them home. When we asked for chilli oil for a certain dish she was offended and said something along the lines of "why would you come here and eat our food with chilli oil? " in a really condescending way. She was extremely opinionated and judgemental about the way we wanted to eat certain dishes and didn't allow our friend to have a say and just spoke over him each time he spoke to her. We couldn't enjoy the food because the service was so poor. Blacklisted and boycotted. Never coming back again.

Also, when a couple came in later in the night that didn't look Asian she was so friendly to them and spoke to them politley in English?

This place had the worst customer service ever. The owner/manager is absolutely disgusting and Does not know how to even smile or put a plate on the table without banging it infront of us giving our whole table the feeling like we are bothering them. We were polite and courteous. And just payed and left. Never to return. We are customers/ guests that are supporting your business. Without us you have no business. I hope that you learn your lesson but seeing your disgusting interaction with other customers that walked through the door. Screaming long long which I guess means that there is a long wait. Disgusting behaviour. Maybe you need to do a English course, and maybe add manners as well as customer service to go with that. Then possibly you could have a quality business. I have such a bad taste in my mouth I can't say any more. It just is absolutely repulsive.

Worst customer service and rude. Never come back again. She should learn how to talk with customers.

Ordered some noodle was uneatable.off meat n sht like that. Had to order again next door Vietnamese food was far amazing

I ordered lamb kebabs and a noodle thread salad today and everything was very good quality and so delicious! Very happy! Will definitely come back:) Thank you, friends!

Never had such a rude service before. Got told off from the old woman as soon as I walked into the shop. Also refused to take the order cos I only need 6 lamb kebabs take away. I guess that explained why there is no one there for dinner whilst the other two food shops had guests.

Seriously, I don’t understand why is this shop even open for business. They won’t even cook for takeout.or the order was not good enough for them to cook! The old woman was rude and playing bossy game to make you feel unwelcome. Never gonna spend another penny at this place ever.

Most horrible customer service! The old servant lady is very bossy and rude, because when we asked for table water, she refused, twice! She said 'you already ordered yugurt, so can't have the water' blablabla. We were so thirsty later tried to ask again, she ignored us all the time, finally she responded us 'it's in the friger but I can bring water but you have to drink with the same glasses' (which we drank yugurt with), we got shocked by what she said, and then she agreed to wash the yugurt glasses and bring back.
And all thte time we didn't have napkin and knife and spoon at all, only eating with the folks, unbelievable place!

I wanted to order one noodle with beef, the old servant lady said chicken is better, beef is no good.
I insisted again that I wanted beef, not chicken, however, the old lady refused me to order beef again
It wouldn't be more ridiculous than this!
They need to get trained first how to do customer service!
