31Why are plastic cutlery used? Doesn't make any sense buisness wise. Floor staff on the day weren't very friendly or helpful with my wheelchair needs.
Susan at Muffin Break Castle plaza is great - I stop by here every morning for my coffee fix and would'nt have it any other way! Terrific coffee and great service always!
God theres so much wrong with this place.staff were unfriendly, food was just microwaved, it didnt even taste nice, their milkshakes were alright at best.no wonder i never see the same staff there for long
Went to this outlet at 4.35pm to buy some coffee capsules and was advised they were closed.there were two males behind the counter and plenty of customers inside.when I arrived home, I searched the website which showed a closing time of 5.00pm.i hope the staff on duty have their pay docked
Nice enough, and reasonable generally speaking, but I really don’t appreciate the prices of the food not being displayed. I realise this is a head office decision, and this is message to head office - no price no purchase from me.
Ordered a tall hot chocolate and went back to say there was only 3 quarters in the cup and then got accused of scraping off the foam and got no refund or replacement, just awful customer service.
Served me the wrong size (weak/milky) coffee & then argued with me & refused to take it back. Anyone can make a mistake but to then argue & fail to correct the error is unforgivable.
A really good place for coffee - the mocha that I got from there was amazing:)
The cafe is clean and nicely furnished and the staff are friendly.
Great place to relax, have a coffee and a muffin, located in the northern end of the mall near Coles
Very nice coffee and cute coffe cups. You will see the surprise when you finish your coffee. And the blueberry muffin is my favourite choice!
