Muffin Break Castle Plaza

Food and coffee aint bad but these guys really need to know how to wash dishes. Finished my iced coffee and founded that some good was still stuck to my spoon. Didn't bother saying anything as i know it won't do anything but just be aware when you go here.

Hopfully I don't get sick off that.

They take forever and charge you the wrong amount. Food is absolutely feral

A takeaway coffee to hot you couldn’t carry it to the car
A microwaved sausage roll hard on the ends tasteless I threw it in the bin
How hard was it to get this right

My family & I have been coming here for years as I'm a local & live in the area.
Terrible experience today very poor effort from the new management. Brought out a muffin upside down on the plate with the frosting all melted. Cakes had no forks until we asked. Sent my coffee back twice as it was still cold the second time was told it exploded in the microwave! No apology and made no offer to give me a replacement coffee
So took my money & coffee didn't make another one or offer a refund.
Zero care factor from all the staff

Cappuccino was lovely.
Sausage roll was a bit soggy but no too bad.

Whilst the staff seem pleasant at Muffin Break, it did change management, but since then have found the coffee bitter, won't be going back!

Me n my husband went for lunch.had a Turkey n bacon roll the bacon was very fatty n hardly cooked won't be going again also need to handle food with gloves.

Terrible customer service, served my daughter scalding hot milk, and myself.watched the guy in the back touch his face then without using gloves preparing food.

Every time I go to Muffin Break at Castle Plaza, the various coffee and Mochas I have are always excellent! The cakes and vanilla slice we just had today were of excellent quality as well. Big thumbs up

Never had a bad coffee here and I come in every Day. Always served with a smile. Fast, efficient and delicious!

I was there last week and as I sat there I noticed people come and go but not one table was cleaned between customers. So people coming in had to sit at a dirty table. I left my coffee and I won't go back.

Very friendly. Good coffee. Good hot chocolate (warm) for our 3 yr old. Absolutely wonderful ham cheese and mustard toastie.

The glasses, plates and place are too dirty and the attention is no good enough

Fast service. Reward good for frequent user card. Free coffee for your birthday.
Usually tables available but busy.

Price wise, customer service was OK, friendly, the Asian girl with the short hair served us very well. She cleaned and sanitized the table right after the customers left the premis. Hot chocolate Amazing, the coffee was great, muffins average. Ordered double chocolate muffin hardly taste chocolate or find chocolate chips in it. For a cafe which sells Muffins as their mains should meet the basic expectation of how the muffin should taste or look like. The muffin a bit mushy, and look so big on display, but actully small (look big from the top of the muffin-see photos). Overall good experience.

Muffin Break, is great place for a cuppa or breakfast or a latre, Shauna is the perfect host, always ready to help make the perfect coffee or cuppa, Shauna has a great smile and personality to boot, i always look forward to seating down to a hot cuppa coffee and a chat. 5 STARS, from me, give Shaun's muffin break a go i think you will enjoy relaxing at muffin break like many others Dean W.

Coffee was good, as was the food. The staff were pleasant and it was very clean, with each table cleared and sanitized s soon as it became vacant.

The coffee was nice and service was average. But I asked for lactose free milk and got normal milk instead. I didn't realise until I got in the car and was half-way home. Tried to ring but wasn't going through.

Best muffin break store and nice coffee，always happy and friendly customer service here. Love it and definitely will come back again.

Staff please learn to smile and please be more attentive while taking the orders. My experience was very unpleasant today.
