Terrible service from reception to doctor. Refused to do tests requested by another doctor from the same clinic from a telehealth appointment and then refused to discuss further and asked us to leave, not wanting to be the other doctors "servant" as they put it.

Always professional and very efficient Dr Monet is always very warm and friendly and reception staff are very helpful and friendly

Always very friendly at reception makes you feel welcome and that they know you individually.
Drs always listens give a strong sense of looking after your best interests.

Our family have been attending this practice for many many years and have always found the whole practice to be wonderful and attentive including all the ancillary professionals who attend this practice.
We must give so much praise and thankyou so to the reception staff who at all times are more than pleasant to deal with under any circumstances. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

There are quite a few really good doctors at this place but it's very much let down by the two older women who work reception (the ones that were working the afternoon of September 1st).
These women have screamed at both myself and my partner previously, despite us following all the rules and signing in etc and acted hysterical and ridiculous for no reason instead of speaking to us like human beings. They have made me strongly consider finding a new clinic simply because those two make the experience of visiting the doctor so awful whenever they're working.

Great location, friendly staff and excellent service. Had a consultation with Dr. Jyoti Bhumireddy who is very kind and shows lots of patience to her patients.

I recently attended Mt Barker South Medical for a regular health review. The service provided was both friendly and professional. I have been a long term client of this medical practice.

I have been going here for 20 years, I have seen numerous Doctors. All good in their own way. I have always found the long term reception staff to be professional, friendly and compassionate whenever I have needed an appointment.
