Dr Monet is a lovely caring doctor. The ladies at the front desk are also kind and wonderful to deal with. Fantastic GP clinic.

First time visiting this place today and I was extremely impressed how lovely everyone was and I was super happy to finally find a doctor who actually listened and gave me time to talk and not a 30 second in and out appointment which seems to be the usual everywhere else these days.

After a month of discomfort and 5 visits elsewhere Dr. Keen fixed my ear problem in 5 minutes.

Thanks Dr Keen for seeing me early and helping with my ear issues. My first time at the surgery and will my first call in future should I need medical assistance. My wife has also indicated the she would be happy to book with the surgery in the future. Also a big thank you for the reception staff who assisted me earlier in the day.

A fully satisfactory first visit, regarding both Tarla at Reception and Dr Mark Keen.

My first visit as a new patient, the reception staff were very nice and welcoming and the Dr I saw was fantastic. I've seen alot of GPs before and considering this was the first time, he was very interested in my issue as well as overall health, not simply a churn and burn like alot of other GPs.
Overall I was very impressed and despite not being bulk billed like other practices I will be making it my regular.

What an amazing surgery! Totally blocked ears which was disorienting. Hadn’t been here before, but the practice had been recommended to me as extremely good with exactly this problem. Their first available appointment was several days down the track, which I booked. However, 20 minutes later they called me to say they had a cancellation a little later and would I like it! Answer: Yes! They ran exactly on time, fixed the problem there and then, and off I went! Absolutely wonderful! Thoroughly recommend.

Disgusting. 'dr' Mark Keen was incredibly rude to my daughter. Sarcastic and rude. Didn't want to do anything to assist her. Don't waste your time. He needs to get a real job.

I saw Dr Jyothi Bhumireddy today as a new patient, best experience and I'll be going back. Friendly and thorough, so glad I've found this GP clinic.

Thank you for your prompt service, able to make an appointment within 24 hours and having a minimal wait of 5 minutes yo be seen. Our GP listened intently, offered non pharmacological options to consider and complement treatment and made us feel reassured and valued.

Terrible service from reception and Dr Keen. Referred to Dr Keen as requested by another doctor from a telehealth appointment for my daughter to get tests done and discuss health issues further. Staff did not want to have both parents (Father and Step mum) in the room and pushed to not have us present, doctor allowed it (room was setup to have 4+ people sitting in the room already), when he asked why we were there we explained because another Doctor had asked us to come follow up and get test done and Dr Keen's response was "I am not their servant" and then followed on to dismiss us, not wish to listen to what was asked or our concerns and refused to treat any further and asked us to leave. Wasted a Telehealth appointment, our time on the 2nd appointment. We drove straight upto Summit Health where there staff listened to our concerns, and make a urgent booking face to face for my daughter for later the same day to get the tests taken care of. The most un professional medical professional I have ever come across.
