Morphettville Racecourse reviews
63 Great Function Venue.
Well done on accommodating the Property Council of Australia Xmas Luncheon.
A great track to watch races. Everything is really well condensed and has a great country racetrack feel to it. Raceday office was also super helpful
Latin festival at Racecourse
Folkloric dancing, face painting, dance lessons, music and fabulous food.
Oh, and horseracing.
Love my racing great atmosphere easy to get there especially public transport and here again for a big meeting not over busy been a working day and this Saturday no difference this typical people only attend for big race days like cup carnivals and our carnival is about to start here today average crowd lousy weather
Ol' morphetteville aye - the racecourse where i've had my highest win rates with ellislie second and awapuni 3rd
Nice course with good facilities. Food and service in the members' leaves a lot to be desired. Would have been better off with a cup of chips and a can of coke from the food van.
Beautiful lawn area for general admission. Diva Bar offers large outdoor deck area at finish line. A lovely way to spend a day.
$30 entry price for general admission is a rip off, only food option is sad mini tacos for $20. Better to go to a pub
Went to the Day of the Dead, wasn't to bad, but not worth the $25 bucks sorry, and the food prices were terribly astronomical
What was meant to be a memorable experience for our friend living with a disability turned to disappointment shortly after arrival, finding a perfect position under an umbrella close to all the excitement at the track. A gust of wind lifted our umbrella causing it to crash down on top of us spilling our drinks all over my friends electric wheelchair, his clothes and myself. A track official spoke to us and then disappeared for 30 mins. In the meantime we cleaned ourselves up with tissues. We weren't even offered replacement drinks. The officials returned and offered to tape the umbrella, we asked for it be safe. They told us they would think of something and be right back. They never returned and we were left in the hot sun.
Way to look after your patrons Morphettville.
We loved it, i can highly recommend getting a food and drink package here. Very nice food. Very nice place to have a bet and a feed
Went on the weekend Irish race day got general admission ticket 30 dollars bit steep but I guess you get all day but seems they don't care about your average person all they care about is people getting raceday packages very limited in where you can go and seems to get less every year I usually go 2 times a year but think that's the final straw for me
Simply amazing hats off the chef & his team on the new menu. This venue is a must go to experience some of the best wine, food & atmosphere Adelaide has to offer.
Real good experience, nice shaded outdoor areas to watch the races. Drinks are expensive but that is to be expected.
Adelaide cup event was amazing. The Stables lounge on the upper level was so worth the money. Great food, really well looked after by the staff.
Fouth time visitor. 1873 guaranteed amazing food, service and wonderful views right in front of the winning post. Book a half moon table - its my once a year special occasion with family or friends. Highly recommended.
Went and had a meal here with my family, portions are pretty small & the food is average, i wouldn’t go back here. The staff were awesome, but if I was rating it purely on food, I definitely wouldn’t go back.
Tab machines broken every second race no drinks in James squire yard with 3 races to go - really on cup day
It was a nice enough place to visit before it embraced segregation against those not vaccinated. Plenty of other places to take our money.
We had a lovely hens party, food was tasty, plentiful and they catered to my vegetarian request. There were even little extra treats which was nice. Staff and table service was professional and prompt, meals delivered in a timly fashion, bathroom was very dated and at one stage unusable, which was probably the only negative thing all day.even had a little win on the horses.
