Monica's Pizza Takeaway

The attitude of the girls on the phone are terrible their customer service is bad the girls are so rude I can believe they way they can talk to their customers. Food is ok but the service gives it a 1 star

Sorry, but your pizza dough was raw. Way undercooked. The cheeze covered everything and the pepperoni, ham, onion were all raw underneath. Very disappointing pizza. The Garlic bread however, was worse. It was just chewy old bread. Hard to tare apart even. The dog liked it. Raw ingredients always occur when you make a pizza like this. Cheese should always be put on the bottom and only a very light sprinkling on the top. YUK

Usually have a good experience but the last couple of times have been a disgrace. It took 2 hours to get my order of just 1 chicken schnitzel and 1 small pizza.
Called up after an hour to find out what had happened to be told it will be here soon.

After another hour of no delivery I had to call a second time and be told thay they had only seen our order just now…after I had already called about it.
No compensation or even a sorry… disgusting from management since it was the owner I dealt with.

Not happy, we love this place but the staff and service has gone down hill. Might have to look for other places instead.

Recently had one of the Giant Schnitzels from there, worth the price for the feed that you get in the box. Pizza is also quite good! Will be going back.

Love their pizza, garlic bread. Pasta is good and schnittys are huge. Customer service is great and part of why I keep going back.

Wont ever be getting take out from here again.
1. Got ripped off on price $48.90 for 2 large pizzas and pasta delivered when I ordered the.pizza pack of 2 large, garlic bread and coke delivered (34.90) + pasta pack ($12) =$46.90 hhhhhmmmmm

This isn't the first time I have been charged and not recieved everything.

2. Pasta pack was leaking all through the bag with the lid off slightly making this very messy.

3. Pizzas overcooked.

Lost my service and will be forwarding on feedback to our friends and family that also buy from here and say that monicas has gone down hill lately, I wanted to give them a few second chances but thats it.

I ordered a veilsnitzle parmagana, but the poor girl couldn't get her head around it and served me a chicken parmagana that I didn't want but I bit my tongue at picking it up as she was young and didn't want her to get in trouble and I ate it anyway, was a bit dry but edible.not happy didn't get what I wanted but that's life.prob won't go back though.as I will spend my money and get what I wanted elsewhere.

The owner of this store has really well-drilled his staff. They are superb! Excellent team work, great customer service, fsntastic for the kids and a consistently great pizza experience. Keep up the excellent work all!

Not real impressed being turned away I ordered a parmi over the phone didn't know mushrooms was on a parmi as I've never seen that before can't eat it since I'm allergic I offered to pay again and I was told we are about to send our driver home even tho you guys are advertised as open for another 40 mins I offered to pay again. Got an apology that's it Won't order again thanks for your understanding:)

First time trying this restaurant as we were told it was good. Before even receiving the food we had problems. Was told an hour wait which was understandable for a Friday night. Came to 1 hour and 10 minutes and still no delivery. Called and was told " your order has left and will be there any minute" another 20 minutes passed and nothing so rang again. Was told a new staff member had taken our order and they apologized and told another 10 to 15 minutes. I politely asked if we could receive our garlic bread for free for the delay and was told no we will deduct 70 cents from your bill. When I said that isn't really much of a discount the lady apologized and hung up. Will not be ordering food from here again.

Absolute brilliant feed. Their chicken snitzels are by far the best I've had so far. I've tried 3 of the ones so far the mexican, the meatlovers and the pepperoni. All have been made extremely well and with a 6$ delivery fee it blows uber eats out of the water. The delivery people are super friendly and always have a smile on their face and as do I as I'm about to devour a beautiful snitzel. Thanks guys and girls keep up the good work.

Great pizza n pasta usually but I reckon they've dropped the ball on the schnitzel packs which have always been great but this time the ham on my parmigiana had a funny taste and the crumb on the chicken was soggy and flavourless which has put me off of ordering again in the future.

Never had a bad pizza from here. Staff are friendly and always throw in something extra if there’s a delay.

First time ordering after hearing good things. Only received one of the two pizzas we ordered (which was pushed against the side of the box). Delivery driver said to call the shop. After being left on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on, we rang again to be told we could only have a cash refund after paying with a card and that we would have to come to shop to pick up, we ordered delivery so we wouldn't have to go to the shop. Overall i am VERY disappointed with the pizza and the follow up service.

Went there because of rating on #Schnitzal Appreciation. Yesterday. Was not impressed. Schnitty good very good size. Chips cooked well. (but way way to much chicken salt uneditable
My mushroom gravey was uneditable aswell way to much garlic. But the other Chicken parmy was great.

Ordered a pizza at 6.55pm tonight, hadnt heard anything until 750 when I called them asking what was happening, was told the driver had delivered it but not to us. They said they will replace the order, after the call within 5 minutes the driver rocked up UNANNOUNCED and accused us of already taking the pizza and gave NO APOLOGY. We called the shop again and told them what happened, we were put onto the owner and repeated what had happened, the owner said he would personally deliver the order with the original driver, and change from contactless to face-to-face to resolve the problem. The owner came and delivered the pizza by putting it on the ground and was about to leave but we opened the door as we wanted a resolution. During the conversation the owner gave NO APOLOGY and offered NO REFUND or anything, and had the audacity to ask if our door camera had recorded the interaction or previous non-delivery. A CAMERA CANT RECORD SOMETHING THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. We were not expecting a refund or anything free but after 1.5hours of waiting a genuine apology would have been nice.

First time ordering from here. Did not disappoint. Had the $43 family deal, excellent value for money and pizza's were FULL of toppings

Unfortunately it joined the list of bad pizza experience in the north.

Couldn't finish it! Tonight We ordered Hawaiian and Monica's Special.
Which came wet and runny on the bottom, made the dough soft. We felt like it had too much under cooked ham as well. Salty!

Opened up the Garlic bread to find a lot of plain bread pieces bone dry without any butter or garlic!

The plus side was fast delivery.

After trying Monica's first 2 years ago, then trying all other pizza shops in the area, Monica's is by far the best. I just wish they would do the mozzarella and bocconcini garlic bread they used to at the Cafe it was TO DIE FOR!
