Great food! Great people! Every now and again you may get a learner but that’s to be expected and we all have been there before. The pizza and pastas… I highly recommend! Oh and great Big Schnitzels with fries! Feeds at least two! Yum

Honestly probably one of the best pizza came in just before they closed and they still served me and it was sooo good

We tried the schnitzels as was highly recommended, but we're disappointed. We got told that it would be ready in 10 mins, waited 20. The food was not OK either as my son got sick, sadly we won't be back.

Great friendly staff and service, awesome pizza, minimal wait time. Get down there and treat yourself!

Terrible food, unsure how this shop is still allowed to serve food. Now that Bunnings sell dog food I won’t need to come here!

5 stars for the food however, my partner and I had come to pick up our order, we felt dismissed by a young male who had been standing out the front talking to I’m guessing one of his mates. He had acknowledged us and we had made eye contact and he still continued to turn his back and speak to his mate. My partner and I had never felt so disappointed in customer service. The young blonde lady who was really busy had served us where she was very polite while taking our order.

Pizza is consistently the best in the area. And the service is always great. Keep up the great work guys and girls

Pizza is great here that’s why they’re popular so 5 stars from me. Your Friday night there is bedlam and chaos and your systems are not coping leaving confusion around who’s pizza is ready, and if they’re late, how long til food is ready. You’ve got a big team…just need some work on your system. Ticketing etc

I ordered a pizza deal online. I get home after picking my pizza up and I've been given the wrong pizza. Luckily I noticed the mushrooms on there before I started eating as I am heavily allergic to mushrooms. When I called and went back in (inconveniently having to go out again, after working all day and running around after work) on the phone and at the counter I get no apologies for the inconvenience/mix up of the pizza. It was just "here's your pizza" The garlic bread was dry with hardly any garlic butter on it. Previously I had great pizzas from Monica's, but after tonight it seems the place is being run by incompetent children who are all very young and don't have basic customer service skills.

While the boss is away, the team will run astray.
I placed my order Friday night @ 6pm. Paid for my order. Went to Woolworths to purchase a few things. Came back and waited for 20 minutes. Wasn’t until i enquired about my order, they realised they never made it.
Not only was disappointed that they forgot my order, they thought it was very amusing too.
Fantastic way to spend my birthday dinner. Thanks guys.

Normally the pizza's are ok, BUT, ordered a meat lover's pizza, just taste like strong BBQ sauce, that's all I could taste, hardly any pepperoni in it, was looking forward to the pepperoni, very disappointing.

Carbonara pasta bowl of liquid cream with pasta.no ham at all, just plop. You needed a straw. Carbonara doesn't have cream in it, it's made with egg. I needed a straw for mine.
Marinara pasta a bowl of spaghetti with sauce, not one bit of seafood.worst pasta I've had locally, don't sell pasta if you have no idea how to make the sauces.photo added of my slop.

Never will get another pizza from here cold when we received it all we could taste was bbq sauce and the base was burnt same with garlic bread discusting never order from here again.

Always quality service and a tasty pizza. We've been coming here for years now and won't go anywhere else!

Just received a sloppy mess after waiting nearly 2 hours for food and was spoken to rudely on the phone by a teenage girl won’t be back coke was hot like it just was picked up from OTR …

Brought half my order asked to take it back and bring me my order fresh brought back the same order ten minutes later with the other half of my order what would of been could by now asked to take it back and bring back a freshly made order sat in the driveway speaking to manager he asked manager if he should just leave it then after he leaves get an abusive phone call from manager because I expected my order to be freshly cooked and hot worst customer service in the Northern suburbs not the first time either

Very disappointed.

On the phone I asked for gluten free and to be very strict. When picking up I was watching the bloke cut the pizzas and watched him take mine out the oven and cut it using the same cutter he just cut the last 10 pizzas with. I asked the lady before she took my $50 and she assured me they use different cutters, I paid and left but it was a waste of money as I will not eat because I know I will be sick due to the lack of care.

You guys claim to be famous for your gluten free pizzas but can’t even train your young staff of food allergens and how sick it can make certain people.

I will not return and I hope no other coeliac‘s learn the hard way!

BEST SCHNITZELS CHIPS AND GRAVY! Everything about the schnitzel packs are perfect, not over priced, the crumb on the chicken and seasoning on the chips are the best i have honestly ever tried! Even the restaurant schnitzels are amazing and you get a salad with those too, the dressing on them is great.
The chicken schnitzels are real chicken, not minced and fake. Their pizzas are incredible too, always packed with toppings! Would recommend both this takeaway Monicas and the restaurant right next door if youre feeling a bit more fancy! Their service is great too, litrle bit to wait but when it arrives it is steaming hot! Absolutely incredible would recommend to anyone and everyone for an amazing schnitzel or pizza!
