Modra's Apartments Tumby Bay

The Modra's are lovely. Wonderful location, great facilities. And make sure you check out the succulents along the front. Impressive collection.

We have stayed at modra's apartments in tumby bay many times and regularly return which is a testament in itself. The apartments are comfortable and cater well for up to 6 people. We usually go as 2 couples. Damien, norm and Jenny are fabulous hosts and go out of their way to make it a great stay. The gardens and surrounds are exceptional and we regularly use the fish cleaning facilities. This becomes a place of social interaction and many fish stories and laughs. The convenience of a large bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer is a considerable bonus. Many thanks to the hosts.

Lovely fresh, clean apartment, with everything needed. Great undercover carport for our dog, and pretty grounds close to the beach. The bed is very comfy, and the shower is great. Exceptionally friendly staff, family run business. Thank you Modra family. Jo and Richard Dryden.

Modra's Apartments is a very good location for your stay. Clean, tidy, updated rooms with spacious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette. Very close to the beach and a kids play area. The owners were lovely to talk to and very responsive. The only suggestion I would like to give is to install internal lights for their walkway as it tends to become very dark at night. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

My fella and I thoroughly enjoy our time at Modra's Apartments. We have been holidaying in Tumby Bay for many years and we always stay here. The apartments are very clean and the bed is so comfy. The kitchen has everything that you need and if you need something and you can't find it in the drawer or cupboard, you only have to ask and it will be supplied. We love the beautiful gardens, the bird life, the peace and quiet and how close it is to the beach.moo

Brilliant location for those wanting to fish. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartments amongst nice gardens.

Very confortable apartment, nice place for a hollyday or just to enjoy beach life, a lot of nature around, you have a barbecue área and also games for kids, its very close to the beach, not even a minute walking. There is plenty space for parking and inside the apartments you have everything you need. The office is Just inside if you need to talk to the owners.

Nice quiet cozy place, a stone throw from the beach. Spacious living arrangement is conducive for family time and bonding!

Well appointed rooms with plenty of space. Full kitchen with proper fridge/freezer, oven/cooktop and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Washer and dryer located in large bathroom, and clean throughout.
