Fantastic location, very friendly service and hosts. Family orientated. Ideal for fishing. Comfortable cabins.

I was very pleased with the wife's pick of Modra Apartments.
Excellent value for money.
Clean, comfortable and fully kitted for a great stay.
Recent reno's make the rooms modern and up to date.
Has a BBQ area if you wish to use as we did.
It is right next to the beach and through the rear of the property there is the marina.
New owners are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating.
Short walk to everything in town.
Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights during our exploration of Eyre Peninsular. Owner was very friendly and accommodating

The apartments are very old but well maintained. Was very clean with everything you would need. Must say we liked the gardens and trees. We also liked that we could park undercover right next to the door
The bed was ancient, hard as a rock, very low and small this was disappointing as didn't get quality sleep and left with a sore back.and hips.
The bathroom was nice but the water pressure in the shower was basically a dribble. A garden hose would have had ten times what the shower had.
We hope they fix these points as we still enjoyed the stay even if the occasion was a sad one.if the bed and shower were better we would have given 4-5 stars

Units had everything we needed for a comfy stay - including washer, drier & washing machine, good air conditioner & under-cover parking. Comfy Queen size bed. Well equipped kitchen - & some lovely cookies. Will be back!

Modra apartments were fantastic to stay in. From my enquiry with Damien to check-in with Jenny. The apartment itself is by far one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Huge credit to the cleaner. Very well equipped with everything you need. Great location. Friendly staff. Undercover parking. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a short or longer stay. 5 stars all the way from us.

Great spot. Apartments are well set up and have absolutely everything needed for your stay. We come back every year because of this, the location and the Hosts are absolutely lovely.

The location was great, with friendly staff and it had a number of great facilities. Everything you need for a weekend away including kitchen and laundry facilities. Would definitely book a stay there again!

Super cute place to stay and very much appreciated having a washing machine to use! It was large inside and had everything we needed. Great location too. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and accommodated our last minute booking and arrival with kindness)

We have been going to Modra's apartments for 20 years now for our annual break. Started as a Travel Auction short holiday and we just rebook for another week the following year. Premises were updated about the 7th year. Large bathhroom adapted to include automatic washing machine and dryer. New shower glass enclosed with had shower. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, electric frypan, toaster and kettle, upright electric stove. Full sized fridge. TV/DVD. Electric blanket on double bed. 2 seater couch. Have been very happy with facility and complex owners.

Loved our stay. My partner won a great state voucher. Beautiful apartment, with bbq facilities. Be definitely staying again

Fantastic place to stay. The owners go out of their way to ensure everything is up to standard. We needed a short length of pipe to bend the grapple anchor tongs and that was supplied. So we went a caught a quota of King George Whiting. Highly recommended accommodation.

Pretty much perfection. Great set up, very spacious and the hosts are super accommodating. We stay here at least once a year.

Very friendly hosts. Apartments old school but extremely clean. Wifi is only available out near the playground. This is frustrating at times but stops the kids wanting to be on phones all the time.

Friendly courteous service, lovely central location our children loved it there and didnt want to leave
