Mile End Hotel

I came from Melbourne for a corprate event for a weekend. The result of my stay was beyond all expectation. From the moment I checked in I was greeted with the upmost dignity and respect. I stayed up and ahead a few shots at the main bar and was given the most incredible ke service and conversation by Carlie. I would come back again from Melbourne just because the service and respect I received is not something I find in Melbourne on a good day! I highly recommend the mile end hotel, tell Charlie that Anthony sent you!

Very good hotel. We checked in on Christmas Eve. The rooms are very neat.

The reception and service was awesome.

The drinks and food were awesome and tasty and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Manager angela was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

When you pay over $60 for a steak and doubly make sure the order is for medium rare, please don't send me out medium well done. Very disappointing.

Old style pub with a "heritage" interior.
Very well styled to retain a classic look and feel.

Had lunch there. Steak was tender and tasty. Decor was unusual, interesting and quirky. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

The chicken schnitzel was huge, fresh and hot. Service was outstanding and a great place to sit on a Sunday afternoon!

$27 for 2 pieces of marginally tasting cheese. One side of the cheese much darker than the other suggesting one side had been exposed.
Overly generous on the crackers, which is rare. But certainly disproportionate to the measly cheese.

Awesome beer selections, really friendly bartending staff and a great vibe for Friday night knock-off drinks

I had an amazing experience at the Mile End Hotel! The staff were so accommodating and my partner and I loved the vibe and security. Highly recommend!

Portion size - most certainly less than anywhere I have seen before which is quite disappointing

Good, slightly above average pub food. Good atmosphere and nice staff. Good list of beers and wines.
The staff in the bottelo on the side are awesome and always super helpful - love that they sometimes have tastings of new wines and spirits as well. But it's always clean and well stocked. Good range of craft beers and rtds.

We stayed here the night before our flight. The room was comfortable & upstairs was quiet. Shared bathroom was clean. We had dinner downstairs which was nice. Staff were all very friendly.

Had a meal on a monday night. Booked online, and dined in The Den, with art deco interior and a warming fireplace (it was a cold winter's night). A good selection of beers on tap and wine. Meals were fresh and good quality. Would go back again, a great atmosphere.

Rustic pub with art deco fitout. Offers a range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and good menu. Very popular for dining with lots of seating in sections from front of hotel through to the beer garden. Generous sized serves. Ordering is easy via online app rather than chasing staff. Accommodation available.

The staff though were exceptional.

Good coopers dark ale, good gin menu, good bar snacks menu (had karaage chicken and pork belly burnt ends, good stuff), friendly helpful staff. Sports on tv, bit of a British pub feel, great spot if you're in the area.

I liked the pub itself, but on a Friday night it's a young people's pub. Crowded and noisy, but good atmosphere. The food was very average.

Good menu variety for regular diets.
Not many vegan options.

My wife and I stayed overnight at this lovely hotel. We found the customer service to be top class and every staff member we encountered was service focused. The Manager was above and beyond in assisting us resolve a temporary timing problem. Restaurant meals were first class and facilities excellent. Bed was very comfortable and we'll definitely be back there.
