I informed the nurse I required a 3rd dose of COVID vaccine and that I had a letter from the neurologist stating as per ATAGI guidelines it was required between 2 and 6 months after my second dose. The nurse was adamant that I was wrong. I rang the next day to inform them that I had double checked with ATAGI and I was concerned they were giving out incorrect information. I was hung up on.

VERY RUDE condescending, arrogant receptionist on the front desk. We will never go there again. Just what you need when your child is sick and you need to see a doctor! The girls at para hills 365 are much more caring and friendly.

I've never had qualms with the front reception staff, I think they are really down to earth folk. There are some really good GP's here, most are overbooked or working in other clinics. They have been very understanding of my ADHD and unrealiability due to my extreme lack of time-awareness and management.

Lovely Doctors and lovely staff. Since moving there they saved my husbands life. Extremely professional.many thanks to you all.

The front desk woman with the short blonde hair should not be working in customer service. I got electrocuted at work and admittedly was lucky enough to get in asap, but when I arrived not only was I met with the fact they are no longer bulk billed and require a gap (which I was not told about on the phone) but when I told her I hadn't my healthcare card on me she proceeded to be extremely condescending and tell me that's what purses and phones are for. I am VERY aware of what they are for but like stated, had just come from work after having been ELECTROCUTED and had nothing on me. When asked if I could go home and grab the card, she said no. Extremely poor service and will not be returning which is such a shame because the doctors are lovely. If a person hates people as much as she made me feel she does she should not be working in customer service let alone medical customer service. Really really disappointed.

I am very disappointed in the way they work. My husbend had blocked ear. We tried to make an appointment and have been told that if he has any kind of cold and flu symptoms that they can't let himin at all even when I said that he had a test and it came back negative they still wouldn't let him in. If that is going to be policy all the time that we don't need the doctors. What if some is seriously in trouble and need their help, will they just let someone die because they are scared that person may have Covid. Like I said disappointed and felt to be let down. Shame on them.

Had my covid vaccine at McIntyre medical clinic today it was such a well run clinic, great reception staff and the nurse made it so easy didn’t even know she had finished the jab, Already booked for my 2nd dose there.

Convenient location, ample car parking, helpful staff, spacious waiting area are a few highlights to mention of. Been here for the first time and it's 5 out of 5. There's a chemist located inside the clinic.

Receptionists are very unwelcoming. They do not acknowledge your presence when in front of them, never smile and make you feel like you are bothering them. Not to worry there's plenty of other GP rooms out there with nicer staff.

I found the reception staff at McIntyre medical clinic to be both very unhelpful and also rude. When I asked to speak to the practise manager I found her to not be interested at even listening to my complaints but referred to other waiting as witnesses to the incident. She was very rude also and then asked me to just let my complaint go. Proving to me that she knew the reception staff were in the wrong.

Have been to this surgery a few times now and never had an issue, but for the 2nd time now have been told will receive a phone consult, but call never goes through, only a voice msg left, call back to return call to be told the Dr who just called me isnt available.
Have the same thing happen 30mins later only to be told my phone must be faulty.
Ummm no, my phone works perfectly fine considering i get every other call ok, but on 2 seperate occaisions calls fom your service have gone through.
Im still waiting to obtain my sick certificate i needed

I called for an appointment for my daughter. She had earache and a little bit of cough. They told me that they can only give me an appointment over the phone. How was the Doctor going to check her ears? Hospitals are collapsing because Gps don't want to work!

Lady behind counter is very rude. Screaming out infront of everyone telling me I need a mask on and rudely saying, "can I not read"? I can read you stupid cow, learn how to speak to people properly and have some respect. Wont be coming here again.

Had my first visit to Dr Kavitha here today at Mcintyre medical centre. Hav never came across such a calm, friendly and understanding GP as her. Felt as if she knows me since years.highly highly recommended

Had our first visit here today and definitely recommend it. We took our 3week old in about a rash and were seen by Dr Symon, wealth of knowledge, and also graphed up her growth and gave us a lot of feedback that was unrelated to our visit. A must see if you’re looking for a GP that’s great with all things babies and goes above and beyond.

I had an urgent need which was accommodated immediately, in spite of a late call. I was met with professional and friendly reception staff, and an exceptional doctor attended to my need. Will definitely recommend this group.

Caring doctors that actually listen and understand what you are going through i highly recommend this centre.
