I really genuinely appreciate most people I have met at this place! My father recommended them to me and I haven’t looked back since.

Dr Robyn was kind and thorough, and took my concerns seriously. The reception very professional and nice. It's very handy to have additional facilities on the premises too.

2 days to get an appointment at a large medical center.no staff at the front desk, i was told off by the doctor for not wearing a mask which was not told to do so.doctor was not good either just wanted to give me a work certificate which I didn't need as i am self-employed nothing checked at all

Excellent doctors. Always listen to your individual needs. Never had a bad experience with any doctors in this clinic

Will never come back here, even if there's nowhere else to go and this was the only available option.
The receptionist I had the misfortune of being answered by, was rude, ignorant and talked over me on the phone like they didn't have time to hear or care what I had to say. She talked down to me like she was superior to me and made it seem like I was ruining her day by calling in and then questioning the information about the fees she was telling me, versus what was listed on the Partnered Health website. Thank God for call recording phone apps so I have the evidence and proof of the rudeness by not only the first receptionist who answered my call, but also the second one too.
I was in and out with the doctor in 4 minutes, 28 seconds (I set my timer) and was told before going in, the Level A Brief visit was for 5 minutes or less, yet I got charged for the Level B standard 10 minute consult fee, all for a medical certificate to be typed and printed and the doctor's persistent insistence on swabbing for the flu. A smile on the receptionists' faces also might help make sick people feel a little more positive too.
Honestly the worst medical centre I've ever been to and the most abhorrent customer service by front of house staff. If I thought making a complaint to the practice manager would do any good, I'd be writing a formal complaint. But judging by the reviews from people who have already lodged complaints, not going to waste my time and energy since I won't be going back there again anyway.

It was my first time visiting the clinic after relocating from the country. The staff were very friendly and the doctor that I saw was great

Very friendly staff and great drs but will have to pay if don't have concession cards.

Absolutely disgusted in the way the receptionist spoke to me. Couldn’t get a word in. Tried to explain my situation! She wasn’t interested and said that’s all they had available appointment! So rude would never recommend going to this place!

Trust me, I have visited so many women doctors in Adelaide and never found any kind and caring doctor like Dr. Kavitha Sujeeve. She standout as she is very knowledgeable and have lot of empathy towards her patients. McIntyre Medical is very lucky to have such a great doctor. Thumbs up

Receptionists are very rude, couldn’t professionally deal with the fact that I was querying my large gap after my procedure, to be told I should’ve been given a consent form with the details (I did not receive a consent form). Coarse tone of voice, very condescending, this is the last thing I needed after having a painful IUD placed.

Have been attending McIntyre Medical Clinic since they opened. Previously attended when they were a smaller clinic in Salisbury Plain. I have always been treated with respect. The doctors there are very caring. I suffered from extreme mental health issues several years ago and both Doctor White and Doctor Seow went up and beyond to help me through this difficult time. They are both extremely professional and caring and I'm so grateful to them both.

Unprofessional and rude reception staff. Receptionist has a child sitting with her while working, interrupting the conversation she is trying to have with me while advising me the doctor is sick and unable to keep her appointment with me. Was recommended to come here but wont be returning here or recommending anyone attends this practice.

In response - This post is about the reception staff being rude and unprofessional, not about not being contacted. Being interrupted by the child's behavior while in a conversation with me is not acceptable regardless of staff shortages.

Was referred to the medical centre from Modbury ED and I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Reception was warm & welcoming and even though the the rear “ED” department is a new expanding operation everyone was amazing. Leg is feeling much better and I’m relieved to know I’ll be in good hands when I return for a check up.

Shocking.
They didn't bother checking my thryoid beyond my TSH and I have clear deficiencies in b12 and iron and they didn't treat me.

Absolutely appalled by the service I received today. I received a text message yesterday asking me to confirm my appointment, only to find out when I got there that it had been cancelled. Apparently they called me ONE TIME over a month ago to let me know and never tried again. I took time off work and waited ages for an appointment with a doctor I felt comfortable with. They got me in with another doctor, however I was hesitant since I wanted to see someone who I trusted and who would take me seriously. This new doctor was cold, unempathetic, and basically told me to get on with life after I told them what was going on. I LEFT IN TEARS! No one should be treated this way.

I realised this clinic was suspect during the pandemic. They had locked doors and a sign advising patients to call the number if entry was required. The pharmacy is in the same building. Doctor was OK, but the rest of the staff need some training. Many appointments are not registered and you are informed that there is no appointment when presenting in person. Go elsewhere.

If referred by ED, you are taken to a different waiting area. Where the doctor discussed other patients medical conditions in front of everyone. I had to listen about other peoples medical issues. What happen to respect and privacy.

Have been going here for years now and it is just getting worse and worse. The reception staff are mostly lovely but recently have been having troubles with actually having doctors call when appointments are made. Was meant to be called yesterday.nothing.rescheduled for today at 4: 30pm.nothing. Tried calling at 5: 30pm to see what was going on, was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up, called back and got the message of "we are currently closed. " Despite stating in the same message that the centre is open until 6pm
Now I am without pain relief AGAIN for the 3rd day in a row because of this and as I am in isolation due to a Covid outbreak at my workplace - I have NO options. Absolutely disgusting service by some of the staff.

Refusing entry for those that have a MEDICAL EXEMPT for a face mask. No other medical centre is refusing mask exemptions. Make up your own rules if you want but refusing someone’s medical needs, how inhumane is that?
Disgusting behaviour from the receptionist with the doctors making excuses for her! Left in tears from this place.
