McDonald's Pooraka

Danaka is seriously one of the worst people I have ever met. I believe I saw another male (who wasn't a worker) passionately kissing and taking up the workers space. I politely asked to get a new burger as the meat was dry, but she repeated to hurl insults and swear at me and my family. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!

Delivery times was flawless as was the 10 nuggets meal I ordered. However, I ordered a medium coffee frappe and it wasn’t full, the cream didn’t rise past the cup height and the cream hadn’t even melted. I would have liked to seen the appropriate amount of frappe in the cup. I work at McDonald’s and it may have been busy or the machine may have needed to been calibrated. But this should have not been served. Fries weren’t to bad, could tell they weren’t put down fresh like they have to be. Get your maccas crew to review the Maccas way.

I ordered $35 worth of food and there was not a single other person at this McDonald’s and they forgot my apple pie and gave us cold fries, it’s not really a big deal but we were the only people in this restaurant it’s not hard to get one order right, would not recommend this McDonald’s ‍️‍️

Typical Maccas. Great location though. I have only ever used the drive through so I have never been inside hence the rating. I usually head there on the way back from the city if I need a coffee fix

Every time I've gotten fries from here it's half full, even when I ordered three lots of fries the same thing happened. This McDonald's is not up to standard, the amount of times when I ordered through uber aswel they have left apple pieces out and chips out, toys out from happy meals. I still haven't received refunds for these items that I had not received.

Pretty much every McDonald's is the same as the other except for 1 Key difference the staff at this McDonald's are very helpful friendly and surprisingly competent.

It's McDonald's. Its awful food at a convenient price, speed and method of delivery. What else can you or should you say?

Received ice coffee shake instead of chocolate through drive threw. Made online complaint, which was followed up with a voice mail from mcdonalds, which I have returned twice being given times that I would have been contacted. These have not occurred.

Was just there got my whole order wrong. Burger was falling apart. No care was taken. I was on my lunch break so I got to work and couldn’t go back to return it so I just chucked it out. Looked and tasted horrible. I go there a lot and this doesn’t happen all the time but more often then it should going to start going to a different McDonald’s now

Chips are fresh and hot every time. Convenient location. Quick service. Clean eating area. Attached to servo.

Terrible service from incompetent staff who don't even know their own menu items. The experience I had this morning was a nightmare, the manager was just as clueless as his staff. I'll never return to this mcdonald's and I'd warn others against visiting this branch as well.

Terrible wife and kids ordered frozen flavours only to be told when food arrived they only have coke. Chips rather old tasting as was the fillet o fish. Would not reccomend this place as it was not busy so not really an excuse. Wont be back.

Food and service reasonable, nice coffee, not enough newspapers. I like coming here, some very good staff, others palatable. They do let themselves down on occasion by not clearing nor wiping tables, not a good look. I appreciate they are busy, but general hygiene should never be compromised. It's a busy site, especially the drive-thru, but one does not have to wait too long for their order. It's definitely worth a try. Cheers.

Waited for 15 mins for "fresh" food which included rock hard burger buns and gravy loaded fries that weren't loaded.oh and thanks for forgetting the napkins again. Well done Maccas

The service is ridiculously slow and considering Maccas invented fast food you shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for mass produced food.

Great food great staff and always get what you have ordered with the extras asked for on the burgers

I went through the drive through and the girl working at the window basically threw the drinks at me and said, "got it! " No hello or anything. When I asked for a straw with a spoon to go with my frappe she seemed quite put out that I was taking more of her time. F. Y. I they don't have them, apparently.

The food was great but when I went to use the disabled toilet it was locked the staff said that we could ask for the key but it was too late one of the other staff said it was too dangerous to leave it unlocked that was just scary so I don't think we'll go back but the food was good.

Wasnt very nice bacon and egg mcmuffin the muffin was very hard around the outside and a bit burnt like the muffin was stale brought two threw one away

Food is always the same at all outlets but the restroom suck bigtime and there are hygiene issue
