65Been to this Maccas an hour ago, food was hot and fresh but the nuggets were not 100% cooked. Secondly, the McSpicy Chicken Burger had a very thin petty and the burger size was same as CHICKEN N CHEESE. A big disappointment and NO for me from today onwards.
McDonald's will always be the same! We only go for an after dinner treat every blue moon!
This one.everytime we go is always the same.dirty tables.cold atmosphere.service is fast and staff is ok, but sometimes they're the can't be bothered type! They get paid but I'll never understand whyyyy.especially when so many other are still looking for work and would keep those tables CLEAN!
Sorry for them, but we're the type that want extra chocolate on sundaes.extra flakes.extra m&ms.that type and if you don't add it after we paid for it.we'll give it back and ask for it!

Would be one star if I didn't think the staff were friendly and efficient. I'm sick of lazy Uber Eats drivers not taking their insulated bag into store to keep customers food hot and staff handing bags over. Example today it's cold and rainy and driver waltzes to his car like there is no issue
I would be fuming if this was my order.
Went to use toilet with no time to waste but the disabled was LOCKED NOT HAPPY as have medical problems getting up from low toilets but had no choice to use normal ladies.
THESE SHOULD NOT BE LOCKED WILL BE REPORTING TO THE DISABILIES COMPLAINTS SERVICE. Complained once before to manager about this and obviously they took no notice.
The toilets were disgusting. The smell was putrid. Very run down and the restaurant wasn't much better. Disgusting for a multi million dollar company
Waited in the drive through for over 2 minutes! Slowest service I have ever received, low staffing issue as said by the window person. Absolutely joke, I recommend driving a bit further and avoiding this one.
Trying to get in contact over the phone is impossible. Here's an idea, when the phone rings, ANSWER IT!
I've had better, everything was dry. It still wasn't too bad but they could do better, not up to scratch.
Honestly best service I have ever received at any fast food restaurant! We come here for our morning coffees almost daily. Coffees are consistently good and the service Is even better. Jacinta is phenomenal and her attitude if great. 110% recommend.
Food was good, staff were nice, covid restrictions had only 3 tables inside, they were all filthy, definitely not covid safe, but food was good and fresh
Honestly the best macca's I've been to in adelaide. We use to live near it and it was our favourite. When we moved to modbury it is still our favourite. The never mess up the orders and it definitely tastes better around midnight
I was very pleasantly surprised to order a coffee at 5: 45am every Wednesday morning for a few weeks and receive quick service and one of the best coffees I’ve tasted. Maccas Mawson lakes has definitely got my stars!
I went to this location today at around 4: 00am and order a double Mac chicken meal it was worst the patty was very hard like frozen
Mcspicy burger was the worst ever, very thin and could hardly bite into it. Was like it had been cooked for hours.
Don’t always get the orders right, so best check before you leave. Otherwise good service and food is what you’d expect at Maccas.
Today I went through the drive through and order a burger and fresh fries. Very disappointed the fries where cold and half filled and the burger was cold and old looking. Annoying when paying the money to receive cold and gross food!
Wasted 40$ and hell lot of time.first she forgets the burger and then asks me to bring back the bag from car searches it and then gave my missing order! Rubbish racist behaviour from eve manager with piercings n short hair.cold food now n big humiliation on the side!
McDonald’s Pooraka is a place I visit regularly. I am usually impressed with the service and quality. The burgers tend to be a bit messy and some of the staff which I assume are new have forgotten items for my order. Not a huge hassle to run in and get my missing food, but still a hassle nonetheless. I will continue to come to McDonald’s Pooraka!
Girl who served me literally just threw it to me and said nothing. I did complain and the manager said she would speak to her, only to find the girl who threw the food at me laughing think it was funny.
