Poor attitude of one of the MC cafe staff. The egg was missing in my muffin. It was clearly writing on the note "Sauegg muffin". The rude staff denied what I ordered and inssist I just ordered the sausage muffin with her angry face. I guess we just have different understanding to the word "egg" means. Although two of the other staff were kindly help me to solve the problem, I would never return to this store.

I ordered double fillet o fish and realized that I was given a single patty burger instead when I got home. Went back to get it changed and not even an apology from the staff or the manager. The manager just threw the burger into the bin in front of me and said to make a new one. Not a big issue. Mistakes happen. Just not the kind of customer service you would expect after taking the trouble to go back to get it changed.

Poor service I order for chips and chips was cold they gave me chips which was there for long time and they put too much salt on chips so I throw it away I asked them for normal glass of tap water to take my medicine they give ice water and also charge for that I am not gonna there again such a poor service

One of the best place to get take out in the midnight. Staffs have been working hard to serve customers despite the late hours. Just an advice, it would be better to serve the sundae later or serve it to the customer first while waiting instead of serving the melted ones.

Could not order multiple hot drinks on self service screen. Ordered through staff member and they did not put milk in one of the hot drinks.

I could order my Mcmuffin and probably go down the street, enjoy a three-course meal, then come back and maybe my Mcdonalds will be ready.

20 minutes is a joke.

Very poor service！！the food ordered is incomplete, and the burger is missing. This kind of thing happened twice in a week. The fries have a bad taste and the fried chicken is very dry. I don't know what happened to McDonald's

The owner is fantastic with a great rapport with his staff. He is always on top of things and quickly sorts out any problems. This is the benchmark for all McDonald training and service.

Good to visit when I went to university as it was fast even though the line up was huge as they have people going around taking orders using a pda thing.

Hope they've fix the ice cream machine, every one I've ever go there seem to be half melted.

Bad service, took an hour just to get a coffee and I was the only one there in LINE! I will just make my own coffee from now on.

Rude and unhelpful staff and I paid for a double quarter pounder but only got a single and it's was not hot fresh and juicy and so were my chips old and almost cold last night. And no offer of replacement or refund.and my mum got a bouble big Mac which was also not hot juicy and fresh according to your new slogan. And she she had the same old chips. Disgusting 0 out of 10.

Was continuously disturbed by people from the street asking for food, while staff didn’t took any action. Order was wrong two times, was served a milkshake instead of a soda. Fries were way to soft and the nuggets were chewy. If an Macca’s screwes up the fries, it must be having real issues. Don’t go here,
especially during the night

Only thing I can say about this particular McDonalds is that they have the automatic serving machines (4 of them) which is helpful. The service is fast, and they sometimes undersalt their fries.

Closing toilets on paying and regular diners is just wrong, Adelaide again.
Although the staff are good and food reasonable, what's the deal with the toilets closing at 10pm in 24/7 restaurant.
You're not going to order anything or anything more if you can't use the toilets.
This seems unnecessary and irresponsible.
Of course this largely affects Wimin and travellers, (including familys), no wonder people are always sorry they stopped in or came here.
I know exactly what they mean.

Almost busy 24/7, but the staff are always friendly even during peak hours, smiling and generally pretty quick with their service. Very impressed for a maccas!

Table service, self serve machines, clean and tidy, modern atmosphere (better than Rundle Mall East and generally busier than West Terrace). Convenient and close to railway station.

The best place to cure hangovers, if you are that kinda person. Service here is pretty good, but could be improved I think. Greasy burgers are just the best!

It's a McDonald's but has a larger and better selection from the UK but it is slower service than expected from the fast food joint.

Possibly the worst McDonald's in South Australia. They make it abundantly clear that they don't care about customer satisfaction or quality of food. Slow in outputting any food and if they do, be prepared to go back because all of their worker.
Right now I should be drinking a Sprite, instead I'm drinking a large soda water. You guys are absolutely useless.

Never again will I waste my money on you people.
