McDonald's Hindley Street

I bought one cappuccino this morning, and it tastes super hot! The milk is way too overheated!

They call it 'fast food' but seriously, do not hold your breath. It always feels like a hokey country, chilled-out, 'we don't care what the customers think' kind of place. Not great for kids, even though it's close to the train station I don't bring the kids through here partly because there always seem to be rough sorts going in and out of the toilets (not customers, quite often off the street types) at any time of day. I think Hindley Street is not a great place for kids and avoid it at all costs.

Good service only bad part is you have to make a purchase prior to using there toilets if you need to use it immediately

Great service friendly staff happy to assist with helping a wheel chair/ mobility aid to be.comfortable seating in the dining area.
Down side was the public restrooms were disgusting toilets not flushed and feaces on all toilets would recommend cleaning a bit more often other wise would have give 5 stars

1st Aug 10: 20-10: 45, I’m waiting 25mins for one McMuffin and hash brown, with just two customers. The only number front of mine is ordered soft serve.
Gave me the food without any smiling, terrible service, no doubt!

Food was great but the service was honestly terrible. The manager had a sour look on his face and wouldn't speak to anyone regarding an incident that had occured. Multiple staff acknowledged a spill but ignored requests to clean or even put up a wet floor sign until we had left.

Plain disappointed at the attitude and way they treat customers. I just hope this was a once off experience and not an ongoing customer experience.

Great place, good staff, prompt service.took 1 star off for bludgers annoying hassling me for money on 2 out of 2 visits!

Sometimes the foods ok. (im joking) but alot of homeless people are just let in to ask everyone for money and cigarettes and they sit out the front begging for money and extra.and theres alot of fights in maccas and out the front of maccas and i know this as living 2 streets away from hindley street maccas for a year and couple of months, also one of the ladys who works there told me to do a maccas review thing and she told me to write that shes a really good person and stuff like it just proves how bad maccas can be, i dont even know her and i didnt even go to order food i was just sitting in there cuz it was cold and i asked for water and shes like make a good review about me.awkwarddddd.i think maccas needs to step there game up a little.thank you for reading if u did read this aha

Great service and food actually was presented much better than Woodville, which was where I previously went.

It's right next to a bacon shop namley the cop shop, felt intimidated an turned off my food as cops where everywhere an even got some peper spray on my burger so I didn't need chilli sauce, the police need to tame down an know it's ok to chew food, that's not an offense but I took offence, move the shop an 8 might visit again for a pepper sprayed burger, cya around the traps

Tonight I ordered something and I was waiting for 15 min, after followed up one of the staff came up to me and said I haven’t got your order! I don’t know how is it possible bu my order was disappeared! I missed a train and I had to wait for half an hour for a next train! Thanks for you attention about your customer’s time! It’s super annoying!

All McDonalds stores have a great variety of food and beverages. Their prices are very affordable, and their burgers are first to none. The Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Their burgers and fries are extremely tasty and are a lot better than Hungry Jacks burgers.

Given COVID requirements, nobody who walked through the door met the tracing requirements/signed in.

Other than that, it's maccas as the same everywhere.

The coffee here is dirt. Compared to every other McDonald's iv been to. It's like instant cheap coffee. Very very disappointing.

Not a fan of the self service machines lay out. It makes the store feel congested and overly busy. The food was to be expected, how ever big shout out to the staff for the smile and friendly service especially when it's busy.

I ordered a burger and a coffee here using Menulog today. The coffee tastes something wrong but i drunk it up, then what i found shocked me. There is a died fly at the bottom of the cup and it came out from my mouth. Disgusting! I couldn't take a moment to take a photo as evidence because it was so gross! Otherwise i have to report this from Menulog rather than leaving a review here! I am now feel so disgusting and I will never get anything for this store.

Order is wrong around 20% of the time, long queue times and questionable freshness during certain periods, overall it's passable as a fast food outlet in a high traffic area. Great for when you drank just a little too much and need something greasy.

Not the most efficient venue if makkaa but the staff is very professional and insightful
. Perfect location to simmer down while on shoppings

I would give it a zero if I could tbh
had to wait for a solid 20 mins just for a small fries and 3 pieces of nuggets
were u guys waiting for the potatoes to ripe or smth in the kitchen?
theres a reason why its called "fast food", honey
could have got myself a decent hot meal for 20 mins rather that this nonsense

Service team were very unprofessional, could hear the team talking about how they hated customers and how they should purposely get the orders wrong.
