McDonald's Green Fields

My one and only order from here, got it through Menulog.
Literally half full old fries.
Grey meat, wilted lettuce, greasy soggy bun.
Coffee frappe with no cream or chocolate sauce is melted and covered in cream and chocolate sauce.
Can I attach the pics of it?
If you want to waste an hour and not get anything close to food, this is the place.

Why do these guys keep forgetting things in my order? When I tell the staff about it, they look at me as if I'm the one in the wrong or I'm being ridiculous. Example I asked for shaker fries and when they forgot to give me the seasoning and when I asked for it, the girls just smirked at me.

By far the best maccas in adelaide. My order is always perfect and the staff are actually nice to me. Shout out to Renee, people like her make my day with their kindness.

Took 10 minutes to order 3 chocolate sundays. Then it took 12minutes to get them. 8pm at night. Hate to think how long in a busy period.

Generally my favourite Maccas. Noticed lately the staff seem over-whelmed. Too many things going at once, and it's become painstakingly difficult to pay cash for orders inside the store. The staff do the best they can, but they honestly need more staff (One designated for uber, one for counter etc.).
Playground is great, they don't often make mistakes in the order either and are usually pretty tidy. Please do your store justice and hire more staff during the peak times.

The service is very bad
I have paid the order, but the staff said I didn't, I show him mymacca app shows the order has been paid, he still insist that his system show the order hasn't paid, he told me the consiquence will be I got the free meal, after the money back to my account. It is sounds I am trying to fraud him which is very insulting.

Tonight I went to this Mac Donald’s. The line was massive I could see as I pulled in, but as I had drove all the way there at 3am in morning while pregnant due to certain cravings I decided I would give it a chance and wait for my order. The young man who took my order was very polite, the woman I spoke to at the next window was very polite. But the one star rating I am giving is aimed at who I can only assume was the manager. She was so rude to the poor staff who were so obviously busy and short staffed. I am a manager of a hotel, so I can understand how under the pump things can get especially when you’re short staffed. But this woman was next level, she was screaming and going off/cursing every time another car pulled into the drive thru and as the window was wide open I could hear everything she was saying. The other woman and young man handled things very smoothly and were super calm, but the manager not once approached the cars to apologise for the wait just screamed at her staff to upgrade their meals to keep people happy, and the other 2 workers had to deal with the customers complaints about the long wait. At the end of the day, if you can’t handle the pressure of management, step down.

It seemed extremely hard to order 2 Frozen Vanilla and when it was placed the machine broke or went into defrost after being able to do the other frozen drinks but the vanilla. This has happened twice both yesterday and today.

What is the point of having a two lanes in the drive thru if you only serve one lane. While waiting to be served, we had 6 cars pull in the opposite lane who were all served promptly. We had to reverse and go to the other lane to finally get service

Despite complaining at several McDonald's stores cashiers insist on saying "just" for every purchase.that's just $18.65 for example.to the point where this must be a clear strategy and part of training at McDonald's. The only trouble is that you are not responsible for attributing value.it is up to the customer to decide whether something is of value. You do not know how hard people have had to work in order to spend money at your restaurant and as such should refrain from using "just" and just say the actual dollar value like everyone else. Today it was "just $4.95" for a small coffee, ironically I could have ordered one twice the size from a competitor for half the price. I'm wondering when McDonald's will wake up and smell the coffee? I'm having a break from McDonald's for a long while now.hopefully if/when I return again they will allow me decide the value of my own money.

Sometimes at early hours of the morning short staffed, but service still remains the same. My very frequently stopped maccas.

Soft serve ice cream means soft not liquid with flavor that you can drink with a straw. Not happy Jan. I had to put star rating on other wise it won't let you post.

We waited nearly 10 minutes for our order and in the end they couldn't even count out the amount of chicken nuggets correctly. Very disappointing.

Standard McDonalds, offering same menu.
Drive thru service is okay.
Wheelchair parking and access is available. Also public amenities are available.

Awesome McDonald’s! Very big and mostly clean! Could do better on the gravy fries as they always fill the box up too little. Always go here for my maccas needs. Staff are mostly friendly but get stressed easily when there is a long queue. That’s not their fault though, just make sure to double check that you got all your food before leaving the drive through!

Just spent $50.order numbers 165 and 166 messed up my order and my sons meal was a train wreck. Going to another Mc Donalds next time

For a fast food chain outlet it should not take 25 minutes for 2 Burger's very slow won't be back again

Its a McDonald's, one of the better ones sure but there is only so much that they can do with the same menu as the other ones. Coffee was hot, service was good, didn't take too long with my boys wierd combinations and my breakfast burger was nice with not too much sauce dripping everywhere while I drove. Four stars for being good.

The playground is.challenging, not just for the kids but also the parents retrieving them. Fun to watch.

Very bad got extremly bad food poisning from a double big mac which was dripping in big mac sauce which was runny really dissapointing not happy at all
