McDonald's Green Fields

Waited 30mins for food in the drive thru when i left i had to drive all the way back becausethey never gave me my drinks, the chips were barely warm and weren't salted at all and when I asked if I can get big mac sauce I was told I had to go back to the drive thru

There were no clean tables available, we had to clean up our own spot. Otherwise, the playground was great, and food was great too

Come on it's suppose to be 24 hours a day and fast food means just that not to sit in the drive through waiting for our order step your game up not impressed

Don’t bother getting a ceaser salad. Supposed to come with croutons and ceaser dressing… all they give is a balsamic dressing sachet. Don’t both anout paying for sauces either you won’t get them

I always enjoy the customer service here through Drive thru. I rarely go into this store bc its pretty dimly lit inside, but the staff are lovely and never have gotten an order wrong for me:)

I found this place very hard to get any service (if you don't want to use the self service) not a place I will be going back to for a long time.

Worse visit ever! Self order machines not working, 1 staff member serving long line. Ended up going to a competitor for prompt service. Lift your game. No glass but no worries

Out of the 6 ceaser salads I’ve ordered, only one has come with the croutons and dressing. The rest just balsamic dressing sachets. And the amount of times I’ve payed for extra sauce and never received it I should have a whole box. This McDonald’s lacks common sense

Staff are usually alright, wait times are incredibly long though. Got an item forgotten from our order and the drive thru girl couldn’t care less. Food tastes nice though.

Staff here in the evening 21st May 2021 are great. Really friendly and get complicated orders correct. The man taking orders was really professionally presented and nice.

Thursday night staff have always been really great.

Always have to wait for my order, constantly wrong as well, usually missing bacon or has onion when I ask for none. Chips are NEVER full.

This is the best Maccas in Adelaide, even in the busy time every staff is calm, collective and efficient in their services. Every staff always serve as a smile which is very comforting.

Absolutely amazing hot chocolates made by I think a lady named Renee. Makes them perfect every time and with such fun and lovely service.

McDonalds needs to get rid of the order yourself stations, they are clunky and cost the young kids of the world jobs. I can appreciate fast food Billion Dollar businesses selling High Calorie Convenience however, knowing its all dollar driven "makes it extra hard to swallow"

Have always loved this one but it's getting a little filthy in the shop itself.
I usually meet a girlfriend here for coffee, won't be meeting there any more!

Great place, close to oil express so you can have a burger or two while waiting for your car.bit crowded, otherwise nice experience.

Very disappointed. I order Uber eats quite often from this McDonald’s, and every time I am always missing something from my order. Today for example I paid for a chicken and cheese that I didn’t even receive, and spicy chicken wrap when I ordered a chicken caesar. I even tried to call this maccas to ask what had happened to my order and my phone calls were ignored. I do understand that they are under a lot of pressure to get orders out, but in saying that if I am paying for extra food then I want that to have in my bag when that food arrivals at my doorstep. Just feels like the workers are not focussed on there jobs.

Couldnt do 0 Star so I had to choose 1 Star. However, it is MOST definitely 0 Star.
Worst Maccas I have ever encountered besides Salisbury. Forgot to give me my two burgers and decided to blame it on Uber. It is barely their fault and only Greenfields Maccas' fault, as the two burgers are clearly seen on the receipt. So therefore, it is their fault for not READING the receipt, or CHECKING if everything was ready to be sent. Instead, they wanted us to chase Uber and not give our burgers we PAID FOR.

Bit disappointed they didn't have frozen Coke No Sugar (I am diabetic). Machine was not working. Refunded my money. Went and bought a drink somewhere else.

If Maccas is your thing, then this fairly recent pop up store is ok I guess. The playground area is like a sauna. They should look at getting some cooling relief in there. Not much for the alleged food though
