What can I say, it's Macca's. Personally I struggle with the drive thru, have to enunciate everything I want very slowly but still have to repeat myself a few times before the understand my order. Generally find it quicker to walk in and order

Quick easy visit. Ordering online makes it easy. Super convenient location to grab a coffee before heading your the freeway to go home

Mcdonalds are usually very fast and efficient but this one took ages for our food to be ready, and it seemed that some people that ordered after us got their food first. Bin was overflowing with Rubbish, and it seemed most the staff were juniors.

Apart from a dumbo directly ahead in the drive through service was great. Took ages for the idiot to make up her mind what to get!

I was in Frewville McDonalds on a Friday afternoon to get some lunch and a man in a button up shirt behind the counter, who I believed was named ‘Kieran’ (most likely the manager), was shouting like a complete moron at the clearly young/teenage staff serving customers. He threatened them on numerous occasions, and was shouting across the store at workers who were simply trying to do their job. I honestly could not believe such mistreatment of staff was happening at such a large fast-food chain.
On top of that, he was shouting ‘THIS IS CHAOS’ like a completely deranged person who should be an inpatient down the road, and I honestly couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be a joke or not.
Also, not too sure why he referred to the food being served to people as ‘dog food’ - especially being in a management position.
He should be sacked immediately. I am not too sure how this man got to this position, but the store will undoubtedly benefit without him and his terrible attitude in a workplace. Won’t be returning simply because of how this power-hungry, egotistical loser was acting.
Not impressed

Worst coffee and service ever. 24/7 service is a joke. Refused service at 5 am because they are taking delivery of stock numerous times. Orders frequently wrong. Would only rate it half a star if possible. Will go out of my way to another outlet even though I pass this outlet most days.

The typical stop-off at maccas on the way up to the hills. Just what you'd expect from a typical maccas, never had any issues here, but never been overly impressed either. Never had to wait long, but my experience has generally been late at night after other food places are closed, so it hasn't been very busy.

Intercepted from reaching counter to order and pressured to use self order machine despite say not interested, had ask if they would serve me or should I go elsewhere to get served. Coffee was good

Went there last night. Want to say well done to the young manager who told one of the cooks to keep their conversation appropriate as it could be heard at the counter. Not about young people losing their jobs but whoever was cooking that night needs a clip as there were also mistakes in our meals.
Again, well done, manager. Hope you’ll go far.

This is quite a class A restaurant and I loved their service. The only down side is that apparently I couldn't do a couple darts in the kids area? Mikey ad the boys didn't love that!

Very sub standard. Was totally ignored by the staff member at the coffee counter who walked off as soon as she had finished flirting with two police officers. Another staff member simply grunted "yes? " When I moved to the other counter. Not busy but several tables remained uncleared for the half hour I was there. Food on the floor. Very uninviting and unfriendly. Staff need training in customer service and front of house presentation. Can't comment on the food - decided not to spend my money on anything other than water.

Quick and convenient. Didnt wait more than 5mins for our meals and staff were quite friendly. And our burgers looked almost like the pictures!

Made a quick coffee stop for a long trip ahead, with having to wait about 15-20 minutes, the coffee itself was quite bland and not up to standards with other coffees I have previously had from McDonald’s. The worker on counter/ register wasn’t quite paying attention to what I was ordering and with repeating my order 3 times, I had to go back and order again because apparently ‘it hadn’t gone through’.

Very average customer service, weren't real friendly and didn't want to be there at all, so it made me feel the same, no urgency about customers just dragged their feet.disappointed definitely.

Just another Macca's to be honest, but very nice (modern) inside.
The staff were polite and the service was as punctual as you would hope for in a fast food venue.

A longer then normal wait after ordering in store; considering their was a handful of customers. And then the Fry's where cold and soggy, the fish burger was over cooked and dry. Never again.

This place gives out the least amount of sauce on burgers. I usually pay extra for the correct amount. Also, I have witnessed them being caught out in a busy moment, and it takes them a long time to recover. From the sounds of it, the staff must have a large turn over, as someone usually doesn't know how to make something, and the manager overseeing everything just begins to yell inappropriately at their staff, when in turn it is their own fault for not training well.

The staff were great.

But.there needed to be more staff. They were so slow due to working so hard and having many orders being taken. The waiting time was ridiculous as only 1 person was making burgers.

More staff would be my recommendation.
