McDonald's Frewville

Well you can’t expect much food wise from McDonalds so I am not going to comment on that. What I have to comment on is I witnessed a manager yelling and berating clearly underage employees. Not okay for anyone to get yelled at but also have you no shame. In front of customers as well? Please fix management you can’t yell at people it is not appropriate or acceptable.

Will happily let you order items via the app that aren't available at the time and not tell you until you get to window.

Busy franchise with quick service. The food was hot and the restaurant was clean. Self service kiosk out of receipt paper again.

Food quality in the last 12 months has dropped, the fast talking people who take your order never seem to get it right.

Asked the same question 3 times. Handed us drinks and said have a good day without handing us burgers. We told them we still needed burgers. The girl just stood there for about 5 seconds processing and then handed us the bag RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE OUR DRINKS HAD BEEN. The burgers were reheated. The coffee was not barista made. The milk hadn't been frothed at all, the cappuccino was essentially just hot water and coffee with some chocolate powder on top. The soy was microwaved. Second time coming through and both time the coffee and service was pathetic.

Every time we go here, there is a discrepancy between what we ordered and what we get. Plus the state of the burgers can vary between well made or a deconstructed burger

Food was typical Macca's. Which I new going in, but it's supposed to be fast food. Whilst the whole team were nice it was very slow service. And the whole place looks like it needs a good bit of elbow grease put in to the cleaning.

35 minutes from start to finish for 2 cheeseburgers and a coke and fries. Clearly understaffed and rude to boot, I was told to “make a complaint to the manager” Thanks Dan, this is it. The WORST Maccas drive thru in Adelaide. Hungry Jacks just up the road.

If you plan to drive thru, always check your order before leaving. Ordered and paid for 2 mcmuffins but was only given 1. Too late to turn back when I realised this. So much inconvenience as we had to stop at another maccas to order again.

Took for ever to make our meal. We had to wait beside the window where the lady takes the orders so we got chatting to her. She was on night shift and told us she only gets paid an extra $0.10 per hour extra for night shift. Pretty slack maccas. Also by the time we got to the collection window we saw 2 young female staff just standing there chatting to each other. You won't win the best store by this guys

Don't trust their drive thru service. They almost always either stuff up the order and things are missing, or the staff do a lousy job of making your burger (s) (see photo) - I recently ordered a double McChicken with extra mayo and tomato, instead I received a burger with a huge dob of mayo on the outside of the burger and their was no lettuce, the docket had the right order. As this is just one of many stuff ups from this Maccas, we typically avoid this one and go further up to Hungry Jacks if we feel like quick fast-food as they actually give you what you pay for.

The technology here hates me however the staff on Sunday afternoon were very efficient in store while the drive through was very busy it was also free flowing.

Situated on a very busy road, extreme queues on road and the drive through during peak times (school pickup time best to avoid).
Spacious dining areas and is clean considering its flow of traffic. Large play equipment for the younger ones and is enclosed area in full view from dining area.
Staff are polite and accommodating even when frantically busy.
Limited parking space and hard to exit when the drive though queue is congested.

Last Saturday my daughter and myself went into McDonalds frewville to order some breakfast. I was beyond appalled at the way the staff where being treated by who i suspect to be the manger “Geoff. ” He was yelling and kept taking certain staff members away to have private chats as to where he would raise his voice and blame them for minor incidents. I felt extremely empathetic for the workers who where constantly being yelled at and at once instance a crew member left her shift in tears.i’m not sure if this was due to Geoffs behaviour but i assume so.this behaviour is not ok and i hope he reads this and feels nothing but self loathing, although i doubt he would and he seemed like the worst human alive!

Had a cappacino there yesteday. The only taste was of the cocoa on top (I checked to see if I had a hot chocolate)

Got a cheese burger meal with 2 large fries and was asked to wait whilst they cooked fresh fries which is fine and they where relatively quick with the order and polite but the food tasted like it came straight out of the forgotten section of the fridge. Cold, stale and horrible. If I have to wait for food in order for it to be made fresh I don’t expect it to taste like it was made 3 months ago and transported from the depths of Narnia

Did not get all our order when going through the drive through.tried to call no answer and not the easiest place to turn around and get back to sort it out.

As a user of Uber Eats delivery and getting takeaway at the time it was frustrating to see staff letting lazy Uber drivers leave store without bringing in thier insulated bags to keep food hot asap

Waited too long for food while staff chatted.don't bother with the caesar salad.very underwhelming with little chicken.
