43Wrong prices on products. No above the counter menu. Dry hamburger buns. Advertising hamburgers on TV for $2.00 each. Charging $2.65 on the order screen. It appears a possible breach of the trade practices act because no one altered the computer system. Staff response was it might get changed when you pay. Clearly a computer information system not providing the clear information consumers are legally entitled to.
Absolutely fantastic! The staff helped with ordering (Emily) - the coffee & toasted sandwiches were delicious! We thanked them for their beautiful service!
Very busy during Saturday's lunch.small errors happen in the rush. Eg Frozen fanta spider missing the soft serve. Then can't be remade as the only machine is now in defrost mode
So incredibly poor. Waited 10 minutes and they still had not even taken my order. Was the only person in waiting to order. Meanwhile taking phone orders and other drive throughs / Uber Eats. Forget this McDonald's/ franchise in general.
I was approached as soon as I walked through the door to use those machines. I said firmly "I don't want to use those computers" so the young lass hopped behind the counter and served me. The Human service was fast and friendly. As a senior I had a free coffee.thanks for that.
I won't use self serve anywhere.they are doing young people out of jobs.
Walked in and tried to order at the counter then a trainee comes up to me and says we have to order using the screen. We then see people ordering at the counter with no problem. We then wait half and hour for our food. Once they called out my order they didn’t even have the two drinks ready. Very unorganised, better off going to another McDonald’s.
Possibly the worst service ever. Ten minute wait just to be served, then asked to use self service. Which I refused.
25mins later and still no food we asked for a refund which could only be done with cash, not back onto our card.
Second time coming here to order spicy nuggets with spicy mayonnaise, both times I was told there was spicy mayonnaise sauce, got to the end window and was told sorry we are sold out of the sauce. If I knew that both times I would have just got something else, instead of wasting my money.
Great coffee, but beware the bathroom. It smells offensively bad, and turns out to be the hand soap. Weird.
It was terrible. We were a group of 6. We placed 3 orders. Every order was wrong. The fries were so undercooked and soggy. The cokes were flat. We tried to tell the manager who was extremely rude and made it Luke it was a effort. 2 of the orders were fairly quick, but the third was forgotten about. Took about 15 minutes to be given to us. Will be telling all our family not To go there again. We are from Whyalla.
Fast effective service, like a conveyor belt. No time for your customer. Listen when asked a question please.
So tired of having to wait in the drive through waiting bays. I go here often and 80% of my trips I end up waiting. I ordered a chicken burger the other day, had to wait 5 mins for a chicken burger. First world problems right? But how is every other fast food joint can serve up immediately. I watched the Founder, you guys aren't doing it right!
Second time in the past week with minimal customers inside and in drive through 10-15 minute wait for one coffee and hot chocolate!
Fast food? Hmmmmmm, I will let you be the judge of that.
Not impressed to be directed to use self service screens to place orders last Friday night instead of having option of being served. Kids like it and it’s handy with specialized orders but it’s so much slower. Many large groups of people came in after us and the process failed miserably. If this is the cost cutting future for maccas I’ll go elsewhere next time. Please give option for those who don’t want to use the order placing screen or have disabilities that may prevent use, obvious or not.
For whatever reason the staff dont like making Frappes dont tell me that Frappes have been taken off the menu all together im pretty sure the next store i visit would tell me otherwise lol
Poor service had to wait a long time for the food which was cold, except for the water which was room temperature as they hadn't refrigerated it, had to go to staff to get correct order as food was missing. Not even busy when this all happened.
Service through drive thru fantastic, great service, even went inside, used the computer ordering, there was people (staff) helping me all through the order. Love it and lm not great at computers, scarred of them really.
Absolutely disgraceful service. Went through the drive thru n had to wait in the car park for 20 mins for a muffin n cappucino. When the girl finally came out she didn't even have the cappucino with her. The manager needs to have a good hard look at his business. I didn't even want to do a star in the rating but you have to.

Pathetic! Holly was very very rude and food was sloped together. Very poor experience and once again Holly was extremely rude!
