It's McDonalds, so you know what food you're going to get. The restaurant is clean and updated, the staff were quick with the order and friendly.

Disgusting service from the store manager today at 11.45am in the drive through got the order totaly wrong rude threw the bags on the counter spoke to the girl at the window rude she is definitely not manager material rude arrogant when ask to speak to her she just walked off will never go back to this store get rid of her if the staff are suppose to learn from her rude is being nice in what I thought of her disgusting attitude go get a job were you don't work with customers

Terrible food. Sausage and egg muffin dry and burnt and bits falling off the sausage, seems like old, reheated food. Didn't see it until it was too late as it was a drive-thru order. Not going back.

Cancel your order as often as they bother making it, and when they do the food is almost always disgusting. Worst McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of calling my local. They've given me food poisoning twice, and the times they didn't the burgers were absolutely horrendous. Shut the place down, honestly, it's not worth a damn cent to order from here.

Sup fellow fast food connoisseur. Poor service because multiple workers were having a chin wag at the front counter talking about absolute rubbish. I wait 10 minutes for a McFlurry and a berry smoothie. The McFlurry was half empty and the Oreos were poured straight from the packet in front of my POV. I am saddened to see a fellow Australian citizen walk in the establishment without checking in, he proceeded to have a friendly bit of banter with the other workers, kitchen staff were coming to the front to dap up the homie with the cooking gloves on. I am severely saddened by this poor management of my order. Cheers, have a good day.

Nothing special. Basic burgers, basic place, staff very friendly. We will not be back. It's a bit too simple for us.

Staff were pretty good but zero social distancing. Even the so called coved Marshall was standing shoulder to shoulder with others.

Restaurant is tired and shabby. Fixtures and fitings are old and broken. Staff are great but the franchisee needs to re-invest some profits to encourage customer visits.

We went to the Goodwood rd McDonald's on 8 th February, I hate using the touch screens, I don't think that they are very hygienic plus I want customer service, we went up to the counter to pay and waited a very long time to not be served while seeing many staff members ignore us, I asked a young staff member if he could please take our money he said no, I then asked if he could find someone who could and he just walked away and that is a good way of dealing with situations that you don't like but horrible customer service. After a long time someone did take our money and we did get our coffees.

No counter service & no help with the auto board ordering inside. We rarely go anymore & would only use the driveway to order. A big MISTAKE to get rid of counter staff.

Like most Mecca's, the staff are pretty good and quick. I usually go through the drive through but decided to eat in today. The please will never be spotless but it looks like it still gets cleaned fairly regularly. However, the interior is starting to get a little run down like panels to the booths coming off and other bits and pieces around the restaurant.

I normally enjoy a occassional maccas but tonight both the wrap and the burger was cold. The only hot component was the chips, and it was not even rush hour. I asked for a hot replacement burger which was given happily but the meat didnt taste quite cooked enough so i diced it. The other VERY ANNOYING thing was the constant alarms that were chiming continuously. Sad to say, but i have never had such a miserable time at maccas & couldnt wait to leave. Might i also add, i might of just missed them, but not once, during our 30 -40 minutes time there, did i see a staff member come to wipe down any of the tables.

Yes I have been there many times, and I have enjoyed what ever I have had to eat. I really enjoyed the chicken wrap, and the free coffee, which is given to every senior person. I do recommend McDonald's to anyone, the food taste great, and the prices are good.

Have given this place plenty of opportunities. Rarely is it clean floors or tables littered with rubbish.
Burgers always seemed to be skimped on compared to other McDonald's

Waited 10 mins just to get a coffee and fries at drive through.was told to park while they made new fries.coffe had obviously been made first then left to sit for the 10 minutes as was only lukewarm.

Should be minus stars I rang to see what to do about my order being wrong from sheer laziness of people not reading the screen properly and just assuming everyone eats egg or bacon I'm actually allergic I call there and the arrogant rude bad mannered thing that answered the phone didn't even let me finish what I was saying hung up on me then refused to answer the phone again this is very poor service I'm disgusted and he should be fired I will be taking this up with head office as it is not Uber eats fault that they stuffed up my order that man should not have a job anywhere if that's how he deals with customer service

Came thru drive thru miss afternoon and ordered coffee frappe and have Brown. The staff member advised me there would be a wait on the hash brown as they make them fresh. I didn't have to wait long before I received a piping hot hash brown from an extremely friendly young lady who wished me a good day as well. I hate cold hash browns, so was so glad they made it fresh and it was fantastic.
