It's Macca's, if you've been to a Micky D's before this is just like that. Except its in a giant food court so there's no playground.

I was greeted by a lovely girl named alicia at the front. She took my order quickly and efficiently and knew what she was doing. My buc mac meal was a 10/10 and the soft serve was a perfect size and very uniform and good looking. This girl deserves a pay rise as it has been my best mcdonald’s experience yet. 10/10, Good work alicia!

Despite being busy they are always quick. I am disabled and struggle to use the self serve units and the desk staff always help promptly in this store unlike some others

I was made to wait for 30 mins for my order as they forgot to process it while I sat right there opposite them waiting. Only gave me coffee when I placed the order and waited for 30 mins to get my sandwich. Only on going back to the counter to check with them I was given a sandwich but forgot to put the hash brown in. Disappointed with the service, not going back there.

The only reason I'm giving any stars is because the manager was very quick to refund me.
That's the only good experience from our visit.
I have actually worked at McDonald's, so I understand what the basic standards should be. I was shocked.
We were greeted by four dirty rags on the counter that kept getting pushed around in the direction of waiting customers, and boy were there many waiting customers.
The staff were disgraceful to say the least. They slammed down drinks, gave serious attitude every customer I saw them deal with, and didn't apologise for the many inaccurate orders they were giving out nor the waiting times.
We ordered a simple meal and after twenty minutes we gave up and asked for a refund. To be fair the manager was quick with the refund as he's obviously had to do it a lot. He deserves better staff.
Lose the attitudes, or lose the job. You are replacable, and should be. Have a touch of pride in your work, and yourself, as I did when I was in your boots.

A female staff with blue hair in coffee section always has nice smile and good service, good job.

Disgusting, filled with pimple popping teenager's preparing questionable food for teenager's and others who have no respect for themselves.

Horrible customer service by the manager. It was astonishing for a MacDonald's manager acting like that. The worst attitude I have ever seen. On top when I mentioned that I'll complain. The response was "I don't care".

Bad mannered unsmiling staff yelling numbers. No customer skills here at all. Somebody please teach the staff some manners and friendliness!
