Waited 27 minutes to get my order while two boys were leaning and talking in the kitchen. Took so long the tortilla of my wrap wen all stale and the hashbrown mushy. Asked for it to be remade and ended up having to go back two times to have my wrap sorted out. Finally ate my food after waiting 46 minutes just for the food inside the wrap to be cold. Staff gave me attitude when I asked for my order to be fixed everyone other then the manager was highly unapologetic.

Service was non existent.
Self serve was broken can't print order.no staff to ask for Number.kids just standing around trying to look busy.why open if can't run a store properly.
Should be closed down

Pretty much what you expect from a McDonalds. Haven't had any major issues with the food, sometimes the service is a little slow, but otherwise a respectable outlet.

Grossly understaffed. Staff moved very slowly. Burgers were put together very badly. (Buns didn’t align). Burgers were also cold. We waited about 20 minutes for 2 quarter pounder meals. And this was 3pm ; not rush hour

I hate to say that but this may be the longest way for a fast food. 25 mins wait time but the fire is not even fully cooked then I asked about changing the fire then the fire is over cooked. Nuggets are good

Another visit to this store for pure convenience, and once again the printers aren't working on the kiosks, yet the staff call numbers, the mccafe drinks are limited/not available, and to top it off I had to chase my order, twice, after waiting for nearly 20 minutes alone with the other 20+ people waiting.

Their machines are often faulty and there's no rush to fix them or even slap on a sign. You'll wait quite a while for your order no matter if it's busy or slow. Used to be fine, but they have slipped as of late.

Awful food no coffee frappe s at 1030 in the morning manager's service was bad, would not recommend to anyone

Wrong burger, wrong milk in tea, thickshake instead of sundae. No refund. Very dirty. Staff too busy talking to each other. No one serving. Never again.

Fast food.lol waited 5 minutes to get served while 3 staff stood down back playing on phones chatting. So over 10 minutes of 15 minute brake wasted.not fast food restaurant.got back and had wrong order.mow wait another 20 minutes to fix it.
Disgusting

Slow wait times and stingy. Burgers only came out with 1 pickle each and had to share a napkin with my partner. These things are essentially free; hope they think the 3 cents they saved was worth it because I won't be going here again.

Did the self check out thing and didn’t get a receipt. When i got my order, it didn’t come with slithered onions (debatably the best part). When i took it back to get those deserved onions my guy took the burger, showed it to someone and full on punched the wall (was metal so probs hurt). Then i got the delicious glory back and was given a million napkins with it.overall food was well good but my guy needs at least a month long break.p. S.everyone likes the chippies

"Enjoy a refreshing mix of crisp lettuce, grape tomatoes, cabbage and carrots prepared to order" Unfortunately all that was received was disappointment sprinkled in wilted lettuce and soggy chunks of the tomato that you forget about at the back of your fridge and discover 10 days later. What a shame.

Excellent customer service. They were fast, friendly and I especially appreciated their complimenting me on my hair. Definitely recommend. Delicious coffee, too.

I went here yesterday and manager was very rude and yelled at one of the crew members very mean and took my order with a condescending tone so mean and i will never go back and Myer center is very feral

Very unorganised, had to wait 8-10minutes for 2 McFlurrys, and then 1 was half filled. Not a great experience, lesson learnt.

Had to wait around 5 minutes to pay for my order after I ordered on the machine and then ended up waiting another 15 minutes for my food. The staff are lazy and don’t care about the customers. My burger was also undercooked.

Was told they didn’t sell chicken and cheeses, came back 5 minutes later and the same girl told us they actually do sell chicken and cheeses then walked off and had to wait to be served for 10 minutes, the manager and all the staff looked at us multiple times and just carried on walking around and cleaning, they weren’t even busy. Finally got served after 10 mins they didn’t apologise for the wait and the patty in the chicken and cheese we got looked 3 days old and tasted horrible

Just too busy with only three ordering machines. Then of course you get people who order and don't move out of the way. Duh!
Service was quick though which was very good considering the volume of orders. Not my favorite meal for two @ $21 for a burger each, medium chips (not hot) and a medium drink. But I guess I've definately had worse.
