MAX Employment Salisbury

Have been connected with max employment for over six months. Still haven't met the person who is meant to help me. Have called many times for them to call me back as I'm serious about finding work. I specifically wanted help with my resume and some pointers or leads to any work. I can't even manage a meeting with my jnp let alone get any answers. Im very patient but after going in after my car breaking down and sent to the machanic to catch public transport to have this meeting i really wanted to happen to make progress, to just get there to find out there is no longer a meeting, go home, its incompetence at its best. I made the effort as i am sincere yet they couldnt call regarding my appointment being cancelled? The receptionist is always very rude on the phone. I was told they will call back but they never follow up. I joined with max thinking it would be more helpful as it is their job is to help you find employment. I waste time and money just to get there and be told the person whom I am meant to see isn't in.again. Job prospects was much more helpful more ways than one. I'm switching back to them myself.

I’m pretty sure this place isn’t bad at all. First of all most people are hating because they’re impatient

MAX Employment changed my life for ever by getting me the help I needed. Very supportive & understanding staff! Do yourself a favour and get in to MAX!

The lady at the front desk forgot about me for half an hour while I waited.
The office ladies can be heard gossiping and acting unprofessional. When asked by someone that needs help on the computer one of the ladies said no she can’t help and sat at her desk doing nothing!
Not to mention I called this morning and the admin lady was extremely rude to me, and acted like I was stupid. A depressing place to say the least.

Truly amazing the staff bend over backwards to help. Very professional staff that listen to your needs and help you achieve and get back into employment. I don't know where these other people are writing about but it is definitely not MAX Employment Salisbury! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely terrible service. I've been booked into appointments without my consent or consultation, I was forced to agree to a job plan I wasn't allowed to read which massively changed my conditions and I further wasn't allowed to argue or fight for my old conditions, they made no attempts to help in respect to my disabilities, and I was actively told that Austudy is only "a little bit different" to NewStart despite them being SIGNIFICANTLY different payment levels. The staff member I had got very annoyed at me when I said I wouldn't be able to work in a food handling position, because I use a walking stick to ambulate (and very clearly had my cane with me) I have to constantly be holding and touching it. Furthermore the staff member I had said they ONLY help people get into "entry level positions, like retail, food service, and cleaning" rather than skilled or specialised work, despite the fact I am a very skilled person, I just struggle finding work due to my health concerns. Very angry and disappointed in these people and intend to move providers to somewhere more accommodating ASAP. If you can avoid being signed on here, do so.

Let me just start off by saying I would rate them lower if I could. The way they treat their customers are outright rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend has recently moved in with me and he had to change his job provider to max employment in Salisbury, and they have done nothing but bad mouth him whilst sitting not even 3 desks away. The things I have heard are revolting. He has told me how after they finish with a call with a customer they call them idiots and gossip amongst each other about them. They do not act professional in ANY way. My boyfriend recently attended one of his appointments and like normal he walked in and told the lady at the desk that he has arrived, his worker hardly seemed to even acknowledge him. He was panicky all throughout his appointment and they didn't even bat an eyelid. He then left and later got a message saying his payment was suspended even though he attended. He has tried to contact him and they haven't even bothered attempting to reach out. Safe to say I HIGHLY recommended not going here and going somewhere else.

I was with another Job Provider who didn't stuff me around. BUT Max Employment will give you a bad record with Centrelink under false pretences. I was reported 5 times for things I did not even know about. Once I made sure I was in the clear to visit my appointment, then I get a text about it cancelled. Then while driving they called & asked where I was & why I didn't attend. So much BS from them, they should be closed down. They also discriminated about my past work history & just because I am a working professional, it does not mean I will NOT take up any job because I was willing to do whatever it takes to pay my bills & mortgage.

Most of the previous workers have left this place, sometimes they dont get you in on time and you would have to wait around when nobody is with the job provider. They claim to help you search for a job, but it is mostly you who would be looking for a job and not them, so theres pretty much no point in being with them, I recommend looking someplace else

Awful place to work. Disrespectful and rude staff.clients/job seekers are not the priority in this place. Extremely poor management in SEE program, NO QUALITY and NO QUALIFIED PEOPLE working there. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.even giving one star is toooo much for them.

Absolutely hopeless very roud couldnt get you a job if it landed infront of them they will put you threw course after course and not provide employment as promised!

Worst & rudest workers. They have no idea how to do their job & I would highly recommend any other employment agency
