MAX has been more than helpful and accommodating to my needs. I can’t praise Danny enough, He has managed to constantly support me and my personal struggle’s whilst efficiently getting me job ready.

If i could rate lower I would, they don't listen to your needs. They are rude and just want their paycheck even if they didn't get your the job. When I asked for help they couldn't help me. Well I thought I got out of max employment but instead they cut my payments and says I'm still with them. Even though I got told by a area manger that I was out of there services.

Danny from max employment is exlent peron to deal with bendover bend over backwards to help me out with every thing finding a job of my dreams

Have tried for the past 3 months to get a simple wage subsidy agreement and payment from Jana at Max Employment without any success.

Jana has been extremely helpful and great to me and has help so much with all my job needs I’m extremely happy with her work there should be more like her cause it’s great to deal with someone so helpful and professional 10/10

Not happy that at nearly 66 years of age that I have to report to an employment agency. I have health issues that does not allow me to work full time anymore. I am currently doing volunteer work at a nursing home which I thoroughly enjoy. Just so over this whole system.

I am doing Independent service surveys of different types of companies and leaving Independent, honest evaluations.
This job provider was by far the worst for service. Actually, to be fair. There was no service. I pressed the prompts for a new customer. I waited on hold (no one answered) for 22 min before I gave up. All well and good having a 1800 number if you have the call centre to answer the calls.
I suggest looking elsewhere, some where the service is a bit more personal. They might be the biggest? But they suck.

Service in the establishment is very slow have been left waiting at front desk awkwardly for over 15 minutes to be served while all workers are just chatting away.

Have explained my employment change for over 3 months but still nothing changes on system as much as I tell them.

I’ve had nothing but help to get my life back together. Jana has gone out of her way to find me suitable employment, sometimes calling several times a week with different opportunities and even just to check in make sure I was doing ok mentally. I now have the best job I couldn’t be happier and I was helped every step of the way. Thank you Jana you have change my life

Since being with these gems of people they have helped me with so much, not just employment but with other aspects aswell like housing even when I was homeless living in a tent. They have been super supportive and helpful to me. They have taken it upon themselves to advocate for me for employment opportunities, taken time out to see me even if I don't have appointments to answer any questions I had, made extra copies of resumes, or any other queries I had. These guys have set the bar for all employment agencies to look up to and work towards thank you to everyone who works there keep up with your magic and keep your forever smiles on

Always willing to go above and beyond to help. They actually care about your well being as well. Best provider I've ever been too.

The staff are the best. They have helped me get a few interviews and hopefully I will be starting a job shortly. Don't listen to these other people rubbishing them. They are probably too lazy to actually want to work. Give MAX a go.

Pete is a legend 1st appointment he sorted my ABN out. I asked my last provider to do it over a dozen times without them even doing it. Now I can get back to work again.

The worst place I have seen operate legally! This establishment is meant to aid the unemployed, but does nothing even remotely helpful. If you like headaches, no help and bad customer service.step on up.

My consultant Peter is very helpful. Better than the last consultant I had at another provider.
