Great food and great location for a family wedding event. Service was great and shoutout to employee JACK for all his hard work it is appreciated thanks for a great night

This place does not even deserve one star but 0 isn’t an option they bought me the wrong cocktail ok mistakes happen no biggie but when they have me the correct one it was too strong to even take a few sips, then we were a table of 10 and everyone’s food came out but my daughters and another’s adults meal after awhile we told them and they admitted that they completely forgotten my daughters meal but then to the adult they tried to say she never ordered it, they were quite defensive saying that only 5 schnitzels were ordered (there was four on the table the whole thing was very odd) so yes 5 ordered and 4 had come out of I am unsure of why they would assume my friend was lying about ordering her meal when they had not got one thing right previously by the time my daughter (11) and friends meals came out everyone else was finished and plates cleared and only one staff member named Robbie apologised the rest tried to make us feel like they were bending over backwards for us to have correct meals we ordered! Will never be back also the menu has changed and is mostly seafood, the table behind us also had these similar issues going on absolutely disgusting just money grabbers

We recently held our daughter' 21st for 90 people in the function rooms. We only secured the booking 10 days before the event and yet Richard and his team pulled the whole thing together effortlessly, including menu, AV, lighting, decorating, you name it. Nothing was too much trouble. Zara, our manager on the night was fantastic- she quickly acted on every request we had for assistance, and her personable, genuine nature made us feel well looked after. Highly recommend.

Spent one night here. A nice place. Friendly staff. The front door is not super clean but not a big issue.

This place is so mediocre. They know they're the only pub within a couple of kilometres of the uni and they act like it. Cheap wobbly furniture, ugly tables in the main restaurant, zero ambience, just big open room. Nice enough staff but slow service and low level of care. High prices for ordinary beer and food. They sorely need some competition.

Food was lovely. I had the garfish but our table had, kingfish, seafood plate and said. All were very nice. It wasn't busy so nice atmosphere. Great meal.

Slippery when wet. Avoid this place when it's been raining and using the stairs to go to the car park. The surface is very slippery.

First time trying Mawson Lakes hotel and wow was so impressed.service was fantastic so quick and polite and the food was absolutely amazing we were all very happy with our meals and all full at the end.would recommend this place to all our family and friends and most definitely go again.

Different rooms to suit your needs, well kept, modern and Kitchens in some rooms with basic essentials. This place is a lot bigger than you expect and has a lot of rooms. The food is great and has enough variety to suit everyone. Chuck a dollar into a pokies machine and grab a free coffee or softdrink here. Parking may be a problem in peak periods and the disabled parking is more convenient than spacious.

I had the massaman beef curry, it was totally awesome, I enjoyed it so much.
The hotel is clean and inviting, and the staff were great and friendly.

Ordered a chicken Kiev, was just a piece of chicken. Chef had an incorrect definition stating a Kiev is simply ‘the cut with the bone in it’.

The quality and cleanliness of the rooms are good but very diffrence between the rooms in 2 diffrent sides of the facility.
The breakfast is amazing! Yummy and large size. Also meals for lunch and dinner are really good.
I have been there few times already and will be back again shortly

Went with friends for the first time was very impressed the food lovely and as seniors received free coffee or tea and a cake

Loved the parking close by. Plenty of tables. Great staff. I ordered my favourite chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce absolutely smashed it. Great value for money.

Had my wedding reception there recently. It was gorgeous. I highly recommend Richard (Rickie) as an event coordinator. I felt very well looked after from start to finish and the honey moon suite is gorgeous. Well worth every penny.

Ordered a medium porterhouse, wouldn't sit still for long enough on my plate to put the knife in, came back about 15 minutes later only just medium, everyone else had finished their meal.

My partner and I had Scotch fillet with mushroom sauce - fantastic! MIL had the fish and enjoyed this as well.

Great hotel, Very friendly service.
Good food at good prices, buffet breakfast was awesome.
Looking forward to staying here somtime!

Great service and rooms. One issue I went to extend my stay but was told my room had been booked. Breakfast buffet was worth trying

Spacious, clean and a relief from the often cramped quarters at other venues. Lots of amenities nearby and a pretty part of town.
