Martins Road Family Medical Practice

I have recently decided to change Doctors, My Doctor is amazing and always listens and the practice always have available appointments. The physiotherapists are fantastic I have seen so many different ones of the past 12 months and wasted my money, I would not hesitate at all in recommending them.

I had a horrible experience today. The doctor refused to see me. When I booked my appointment I explained what my issue was. I had a persistent cough that has been around for over a month. And has gotten worse after long days wearing a mask and using more hand sanitiser than anyone should be exposed to. I now struggle to breathe without coughing. I have government approved RAT tests for my job every 48 hours. I had one this morning and it was negative as usual. I have no other symptoms and I even brought the test to my appointment. I rang when I was in the car park and then was told the doctor wanted to talk to me on the phone to see if he would see me. He wanted a negative PCR in order to see me. So I’m taking this further. Don’t go to this practice if you need to see a doctor. You’ll be treated better if you saw a vet instead.

Terrible customer service, slow, RUDE staff and not enough doctors on when we all know how tones are at the moment. Ridiculous!

I don't like doing this, especially to a locally owned business BUT I feel I have to. I am the face of Chronic Pain. I have four different types of chronic Pain and Martins Road keeps saying under all there Dr's that they ALL specialise in "Chronic Pain Management". Ummmm.no you don't! You run, make excuses, do not abide by the speacialist's opinion's. This is not on! I have been going here for over 17 years now and it has deteriorated to a point where I am concerned for my own health safety because these Dr's do scapegoating as an every day thing now. People are NOT silly. They know there appointments and times. AND what is wrong with them. Also even at GP practices there are Patient Rights!
Did the best thing and found a great Dr now. Get seen within the actual 15 minutes. I forgot what normal is. Oh and btw Martins Road probably would have killed my husband, left waiting with their times WITH blood poisoning.

I have been seeing Dr Khanna for last 2 years for myself and my family.
He is excellent doctor and very good with kids.my son only wants to see him.i must say he does not hand out sick certificates easily, so if u want a quick sick note for work, dont see him.

Dr Sehar Usman, what a rude, disrespectful and racist you are. Change yourself hun you live in Australia!

Very poor service. The appointment was at 12.00 pm but had to Wait for 45 min. Totally Wasted my time. The doctor just gave me two sentences and they charged $50. They are very expensive. Will never visit again.

I give one star because no option for 0 star.

Dr with rude attitude. He should know better he is working in AUSTRALIA.

They also have a Clinpath at this location. The medical staff are meant to unlock for them, so they can start seeing patients for an 8am start. They didn't even unlock til 8.05. How is that fair on staff and patients? Apparently the other week they opened at 850am. Ridiculous.

Professional & friendly staff. Dr. Uditha Perera is our family doctor and she is amazing and highly professional. Highly recommend Dr. Uditha, if you want you & your loved ones in good hands.

I just took my son for his needles and the way Dr sumit Khanna behaved was disgusting! All I asked was for him to use the time we booked for to help the nurse give 1 of the 3 needles he needed so it's less pain he is put though and he behaved in a way no doctor should ever behave. The nurse was absolutely lovely.

I will never go to Martins family clinic again. I went once & wait for 45-50 mins. And one of the lady doctor was very route with me. So that was my first & last. I did my urine taste they said they will call me for results even I called them few times.but never get any results yet it’s been 7 months now that I’m waiting for results? ️

Came here for a circumcision and I would honestly be hard pressed to complain. My personal experience with the staff was pretty good and in general. If you need this op or something else I didn't really experience anything that would prevent me from recommending this place.

I saw Dr Farooq a few times. He was very rude on my last visit because I lost my depression medication and he didn't believe me. He refused to give me anymore and scolded me for it to the point I was in tears after the appointment was over. I will definitely not be returning. I could of went through withdrawals from having no medication, so I just went to a different clinic and doctor gave me my meds despite me being a new patient (and because the medication wasn't a controlled substance)

Giving one star because they wouldn't let me give 0 stars.nephew had a 7am appointment, I've got a 715 appointment.its now 7: 25 and haven't seen a doctor even walk in, haven't been updated by the receptionist or anything.won't be back in a hurry

Some doctors are Ok to Good Others their ignorance of basic biology is only surpassed by their arrogance!

Always very caring and the staff and doctors at mrfm have improved my life dramatically always within 15 of appt time never waiting long thanks to all staff.

Their psychic doctors are able to tell if should or should not take a medicine without looking at any tests or even finding out any information!

Its been almost 40 minutes we are waiting. And this is regular thing here. Please avoid if you can.

MINUS stars. Always excessive wait time, 30 minutes + after booked timeslot. Skin cancer check, Dr looks at two spots, takes phone call for 10 minutes then says i don't have the skin type to get skin cancer Waste of my time and Medicare money!
