Martins Road Family Medical Practice

I do not understand why I had to pay gap fee for my daughter's visit who is 18 months. Clearly the policy says bulk billing under 16 years of age. Asked the receptionist and said the doc put the code. Never had to pay gap for her before.

But I want to thank the nurse on today's visit who noticed the mistakes on my daughter's immunization record on blue book. I do not understand why my daughter's previous vaccination wasn't recorded in the system and the previous nurse didn't pick the wrong vaccine on 12 months visit.

Always very helpful and friendly.my doctor is very thorough and good at what she does but they are a very busy practice and need more doctors and receptionist as you can wait up to 10mins to get through to speak to someone on the phone.not happy

Still waiting for someone from this practise to tell me my INR results from Wednesday 13th September 2023 Not good enough due to we need these results to determine the dose to take.

Was told by receptionist that i wouldnt have to do another blood test for diabetes if i had my old test from my old doctors, that it would all be transferred, to get told that i wouldnt need insulin if my sugar levels werent high, i test myself with the blood glusose monitor and im HIGH 16.5. The pills dont bring it down. Instead she wants me to go for another test and told me in wont need it if im not high. I dont have a car atm and since bulk billing is gone i didnt want to pay the price for everything. Just wanted it sorted with insulin but she didnt want to help, yet i know they be giving insulin to non diabetics.

Friendly staff & drs always take there time to listen to your concerns & really allow you as a patient to take yr time

My mother is a new patient at this medical centre and she couldn’t be more happier and pleased with the great and excellent costumer service they provided. All staff had kind gestures with a smile on their face which gave us a smooth and comfortable experience

Dr Aruna Abeyratne is my usual GP. He is so caring. He is very professional. He is a very busy doctor. Sometimes I see other GP if he is not available. They are all good. I highly recommend Martins Road Family Medical Practice.

Was waiting for a phone consult at 10am it's now 1120 and still no call so I called them and was told the doctor will call you well it's just not good enough very disappointed with this clinic and you need to pick up your game and the drs need to do the right thing by there patients again not goog enough

Seen Dr Baz Safdari and she was great and understanding. Happy to go to her for any medical reasons.

Very disappointed to have to wait 50 minutes to be seen, our app time was 7pm, another person who's app was 7.10, was seen before us (it wasn't an emergency, just a general app). Thankful that the dr was very very great, with my very agitated son (adhd and anxiety, doesn't like waiting 50mins) we will return to see him, but very annoyed having to wait

Appt started on time, receptionist was very professional and Dr Khanna was thorough and addressed all my concerns. Practice nurse was great too. Could not find a fault.

Ideal location, 7days a week, professional and very helpful reception, total professional doctors
