Market Plaza Food Court reviews
50Great Asian eateries in a well lit if busy dining area. Food was inexpensive but freshly cooked and very tasty.
Look it is okay. I know it is called Chinatown, but I thought there would be more than Chinese cafes and restaurants. I was looking for Vietnamese for a Banh Mi but I had no joy. All the Chinese stalls seemed the same and when I did find a nice Dumpling shop, it didn't accept cards, only cash
Thank Heavens for the Adelaide Market, an SA icon. Cheap meals, great choice, good vibes. We always go there for Friday's dinner)
Very good alternative to the food court opposite. Must try the bah kut teh with rice.the best so far im adelaide.yummy.
The kids loved it. Even my usual fussy eater he'd said love to eat there all the time.
It's a casual no fuss way to get a tasty meal.
Great range of asian food, reasonable prices and pretty generous serves. Only thing missing is a traditional asian drinks stall. It would be even better if traditional asian drinks were offrered.ie.soya milk, chinese iced teas, malaysian street stall drinks, fresh watermelon/pineapple juices.
It wouldn't be a trip to Adelaide if we didn't come to the Asian food court at least once.
The prices, portion sizes and quality of the dishes - at every stall - is incredible. The value still hasn't changed after the (ahem) 30+ years I've been visiting.
Love the hustle and bustle, the sights, smells and tastes.
A bit noisy and busy, but a good selection of food and drinks at decent prices. Vietnamese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean, it's pretty much all here. Even a decent vegan place.
Over crowded and tired. In desperate need of remodeling. Only saved by good food at cheap prices otherwise a single star rating.
Something for everyone. The best diversity in town. Try Ricky's chicken and rice for a great start on your culinary adventure! Busy atmosphere with loads of variety. Yum cha, Korean, Malaysian, Vietnamese or Japanese are all possibilites. Meal deals and very affordable prices! Unbeatable quality regardless of the food courts slightly dated look.
