Ordered online was a hr late my food was freezing rang up wouldnt help ask to speak to a manager and was told there 2 busy very angrey the way i was treated amd the food was horrable

Food was lovely servings very generous had to take what couldn't eat home.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Only thing I'd say needs attention is their wine list and that they should keep at least more than one of each bottle in fridge for the larger parties.

Online order arrived missing two items and when I rang to have it corrected they said it'd be atleast 30mins to be fixed and then the rest of my meal would be cold.wouldn't replace whole meal even after i said to take the wrong one back.very rude manager not helpful at all.

FOR. 8 out 10. Meal qualities and size were above average, and prices were acceptable.
Staff were friendly. AGAINST. 5 out 10. Would to see seating upgraded or replaced as they were badly worn.
Would like to "zero alcoholic " drinks served there for those who do not drink alcohol.

Ordered beef for both meals. Got chicken. Rang and they said sorry. Basically is what it is have a nice day.

Both my partner and I came here tonight for dinner. I rang to reserve a table this afternoon.when we got to the restaurant we were told that there were only outside tables because there was a birthday.we had not been told this when we rang.it was rather cold outside. To add to the disappointment we were sitting at our table outside and watched another couple sitting outside get offered and moved to an inside table. Despite having expressed that we would have preferred an inside table we were not given that option. Then while eating our meals a waitress offered two other tables take away containers and did not come and ask us.meals were nice but the service really put a downer on the experience.

Cafe is rubdown. Owners are clearly not putting money back in to the business. Service was very average at best. Food also. Won't be in a hurry to visit again

Tonights service was outstanding, the place was busy and our meals still arrived in adequate time and we're delicious as always. Bar, service staff were very efficient and accomodating on this busy night.

I ordered through your website directly and got a different pizza than what I ordered. When I rang to tell them the pizza was different the waitress insisted I was lying until I offered to send a screenshot of what the website said. In the end she offered to send a replacement but got no apology for the mix up. Not great costumer service if you world like return business.

Meals are decent but service could be better place is in need of new fabric for the furniture it appears to be on a downward hill from what it once used to be

Friendly staff that are helpful. Very generous sizes of food served. Coffee was too strong and watery with not enough milk. Otherwise 5 stars.

We have only ordered during this financially difficult time for a special birthday lunch. We specifically ordered NO ONION on a pizza and the pizza arrived full of not one, but two types of onion. Now we've wasted $19 on this pizza.

I normally order food from this restaurant via ubereats. Sunday night March 1st 2020 l ordered fish and chips. When the order arrived l unpacked it and discovered that there was no fish. I rang the restaurant (approx. 7.30) and explained what had happened. The young girl was very rude and implied l was lying or the driver had eaten it. She said that the restaurant was not going to do anything about it and said to go back to ubereats. This is the third mistake Maranellos has made a mistake but it was by far the worst one. Being made out to have lied was a pretty devastating experience and l didn't understand the anger and rudeness. I wouldn't order from Maranellos at Salisbury and certainly would never go there.

Don't even want to give any stars! The delivery and food from this place is ridiculous! The driver was rude, the order was missing ingredients and when I rang to complain the manager was rude and didn't even know what ingredients were supposed to be on the burger I ordered. Incredibly disappointing and it's sad because the food and service there used to be amazing!

Great food, absolutely amazing customer service. It's nice to eat in at a place where you can see and taste they have actually made an effort with the food. We will be coming back again and I have made sure my friend's and family know about this place.
