If I could, I would give it a -100000000000000 star rating. We ordered our food at around 6: 50ish, had it delivered a bit after 9: 20. Food was terrible, we ordered a steak and it was partly rare and partly over cooked, missing the salad for it as well. Ordered a burger, the roll was dry, chips were foul. Ordered 2 kids penne mozzarella, there was no cheese at the bottom of the containers, ‘butter’ was oily, covered in butter oil, cheese was only at the top and all hard. None of these meals were appealing, or appetising and they were all less than lukewarm. Payed a fortune for this as well. These aren’t even all the details. Will not be ordering food again, or even coming here, ever. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I thought the $12.90 Schnitzel Parmy on the lunch time specials menu was very good taste & quality for the price

Do not use the website to book. 1st time food never came but card was still charged called multiple times and the phone was never answered. On another occasion ordered food. It rocked up after over an hour and half driver had no change so he took food back to restaurant. Called to complain both times and there was no way of trying to rectify.

These guys are on menulog under a couple different brands, hungry schnitz n grill is one of them. Always loved the huge chicken schnitzel from here.
Be aware that if you order from menulog it won't say Maranello, but it WILL have their address. Just walk inside and advise them of your order and you're done!

Oof okay, I'm going to try and be as professional as I can but this place was horrendous.

Firstly, empty tables everywhere on a Monday night, the chairs were peeling and the music was questionable.
Our menus were gross, broken plastic and dirty.

When I went to order, the girls behind the counter were really loud and rude and one of them didn't even know the menu because she questioned what I had ordered.

They then asked me what kind of pasta I wanted and gave the choices of penne, spaghetti and fettucine.that felt very strange. I'm guessing we got packet pasta?

The girl who served our food had long hair not tied up (food safety hazard) and just threw the plates at us.

We had ordered a vegetarian pasta, beef schnitzel and a spicy chicken burger.

The burger - the bread was stale, the lettuce was limp and they crumbed and battered the bacon. It was a hugely crumbly mess and my mouth was coated in oil.

The schnitzel was huge.and flat.it shredded like chicken and tasted off.and the gravy tasted like cheese. Yes.cheese.

Then we waited over 10 minutes before one of my dining party went to check in on the pasta.to which we heard the kitchen yell out " oh what kind of pasta did they want? "

The meal has been completely forgotten about. 10 minutes after that we finally received it.

The vegetarian pasta had pineapple in it.which was strange to say the least but it was actually presentable compared to the rest of the meal.

The one saving grace was a young male server who worked very hard, he was cleaning tables, checking in on us and gave us a free drink for the pasta mishap.

One of our dining party have also come down with food poisoning.safe to say we won't be returning.

Food was absolutely delicious and such big portions. All 3 of us ordered something different and couldn't finish our meals. Service was quick and friendly

Used to come here with the wife and kids every week. A chicken schnitzel of that size for only $20? ! What a steal! Absolutely delicious! I commend you, chefs of Maranello!

Amazing food every time. Portion sizes more than enough and prices so good especially if you go at lunch time and order from their specials menu.

Made a pitstop here waiting for a movie to start. This place doesn't skimp. Huge portions for reasonable prices. And staff were friendly. Don't go here if you're not hungry, you'll leave stuffed.

As have dietary requirements, I was able to enjoy food that was fabulous! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Had the lunch menu schnitzel and for 9.90 got what put most main meals to shame. Served very quickly with generous servings and great customer service throughout the experience. Highly recommend

We had dinner last night and the food portion per plate is really in good big amount and tasty too! So thumbs up for that. The young servers just need to be taught how to properly take the empty plates from the table not to go over the customer. I would have given it 5 but the last server who took our empty plates seems to be that she really doesn't want to be there. A bit rude and no smiling at all and kept cleaning and taking empty plates.

Awesome place to eat, bring your appetite. Big meals great value for money. They do in store deliveries and pick ups too

Food is pre-prepared before serving customers. Couldnt get a half and half large pizza because all pizzas came pre made. Entrees were so large you could not have room for the main meal. All entrees were of main meal size in other restraunts leaving little desire for a main meal. Most of the people that were there were taking food home in doggie bags, which surprisingly enough, had a warning sign saying if you are taking food home, please eat it within 24 hours.

Over priced, pre made meals, no wait staff (you had to line up to order and no ticket or anything to indicate who's food belonged to which table).

If you want to feed a large family junk food, then I would recommend Maccas.

We always enjoy the good from here & get food delivered quite often (my children even more often)
Picked up our food today and they were very busy
One of the dished had raw vegetables the chicken was borderline raw (very dangerous) and the sauce was like water & when we contacted them all they could offer was a discount on our next meal I understand they are busy but if I was eating in I don't think they would have treated us this way was willing to pick up another meal but they couldn't do this
Being busy is not a reason to serve under cooked food
Very disappointed and won't be rushing back

Have always enjoyed it but last night our meals took one and a half hours to be delivered and chips very dry and rest was just lukewarm. Disappointed as was looking fwd to it

Lovely light lunch. Calm, relaxed outside seating. Special call out to Cayla who took our order and waited our table- friendly personalised attention, Thankyou. Will be back soon.
