Mangal Sweets reviews
46Today I have ordered the samosa and kulcha. It’s very delicious. I highly recommend to mangal sweets. It’s very best restaurant in the Adelaide.
Time stamp date 15 January 2024 time 7: 30pm, we order Samosa pav and samosa chat. The pav was cold like they just take it from the fridge and samosa was also not hot, i must say manager mangal should look after all these problems as people are spending money which is not worth to have proper meals,
Sweets are tasty, but i would never ever recommend anyone to try their food like paneer pakora. Staff was very busy, and there was no proper communication. Total disappointment
Best sweets shop in Adelaide if you are looking for Indian/Bangladeshi types sweets. I always try different types of sweets except rossgulla. Samosa and chatni r always fresh, I don’t miss them at all, so yam. Also the dine is very nice. Only a small place so not many people can in at the same time. Always a queue but I am okay with this as it paid off with the quality food.
Their samosas used to be soo good but recently their quality has gone down. We ordered some samosas and the lady in the counter packed it for us, we didn’t check at the moment but when we reached home it was burnt, she packed burnt samosas, why would u sell them if it was burnt, we trusted them.
Apart from that all of there sweets are amazingly good and reasonable price.
There ragulas smelling very bad, when we eat its feels like we area eating rubber. Very bad quality sweets, we buy khoa barfi as well it is also average. My stomach is paning after eating there these rasgulas.
Poor service.specially girl at front, she even doesn’t know how to talk with customers, very rude attitude. I went there for take away though food was good but her attitude was not good.
One of my favourite place to quick dine in and take away. I love freshly made jalebi and choley bhatorye from here
Previous visit samosa chat was really delicious but this time it was waste of money, and waste of travel time.
All the food items are five star
But the front counter service is minus five star
U need a better person with a smiling face at front counter
Had brunch here yesterday and it was really good. Not over spicy, amazing taste and good quantity. All that for such a good price.
4 start only because seating is not that great and it was really cold in there.
Can you please have two staff serving instead of one staff who is super slow? Does the service have to be this slow?
Went for samosa and pathoray samosa was good but no offence Pakistani pathoray are the best.
But the lady at the counter serves so expressionless and without greetings that makes you uncomfortable
I have become a big fan of your chole bhature recently and have tried few times in a month's time.consistent every time.
Good job.
Thank you
Worst experience in 3 years in Australia. Girls are very very very slow. Waited 30 mins just to take order
Need better staff
I waited 15 to 20 minutes they didn’t even bother to talk to me
Came back without buying
Extremely low quality sweets. JUST A BLEND OF SUGAR AND NOTHING MORE. I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE BUY SWEET FROM SUCH A WASTE SWEET SHOP. THESE TYPE OF SHOP SPOIL THE MEANING OF SWEETS
Came 2nd time from Sheidow Park to this Shop for sweets i heard about sweets are good but worst customer service girls working in front no sense to talk and give customer service very bad way its look they are working forcely during serve they are so rude when i said wanna talk with owner she didn't call him even during my talk with other girl even didn't say sorry about behaviour no sorry or regret my request to owner if u really think u wanna longer in business atleast gives training to staff
Website says it closes by 8.30.doesn’t mention that kitchen closes at 7. People from far off check the website and it wasted our time to come this far and be informed ‘sternly’ that kitchen is closed. People managing the show should teach politeness to the frontline workers
