Caring team of switched on Drs. I see Karen Sandercock who is brilliant, no bs and doesn't talk down to you. My parents see the Goodwin brothers and my kids mostly see Karen or whichever of the other excellent, efficient but caring Drs are available. Great family practice.

Experience was very professional, with good staff interaction ensuring a smooth appointment. Would recommend the clinic to all.

I only came for a COVID-19 injection. I needed to do a bit of a treasure hunt to find the correct building (they have three separate buildings as at this date). My appointment was with Tim Goh and was met and vaccinated by Jo. Jo was very welcoming and friendly as was Tim.
No issues whatsoever with coming to this centre!

This group is stellar! I see Janice Sinclair, but have seen others in a jam. Everyone is friendly, helpful and does what it takes to make sure you get what you need. Highly recommended!

This practice has looked after me, my husband and 3 children for around 20 years and we have always experienced the best medical care. Whether the matter is simple or complex, you can be assured that you will be treated as an individual, in a professional, friendly and caring manner. They go the extra distance to ensure that you get the care you need. A special mention goes to Drs Richard and Andrew, but I would trust any of the doctors and nurses associated with this practice, due to the high standard set by the principals. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly, no matter how busy they are. I rarely provide online ratings for any service but this medical practice really deserves 5 stars! Thankyou.

My appointment was a professional, helpful session, as usual. I've had confidence in this clinic for 30 years now and probably wouldn't change even if I moved house.

I've been a patient of Richard Goodwin's for some 20 years. Always I have been impressed by his very friendly, efficient and thorough attention. My first contact was in another practice, where he was standing in, and he initiated an investigation that resulted in discovery of a condition which was caught in time and led to a good outcome. It might well have been otherwise as there were no symptoms. He probably uses more lab tests than some, but this is probably consistent with making good use of facilities that are now available. The only reservation is that they do not do home visits, although I have not yet needed such.

All is great when you eventually get to see your family doctor. What's not good is that it takes 3 (three) weeks to get to see your doctor! As a valued patient, this is seriously underwhelming. All the doctors were booked up for 3 weeks! I could have died of old age just waiting. It makes ramping at the local hospitals look good. It prompts people regularly make 'just in case' booking and to cancel them if they're still alive & well. It puts a new meaning on being a patient. Not sure if cancellations appear on HotDoc. Fix it.

Even while visiting in a busy period, I didn't have to wait long, and found Dr Tiver to be very professional. Parking is difficult. Having been to some dodgy spots, I'm relieved to find a good place to continue visiting.

I have been attending this practice for over 10 years & have always found them to be efficient & thorough. Even after I moved out of the area I continue to Malvern Medical Centre as they give me better service than I have experienced elsewhere.

I am so lucky to have such a wonderfully considerate clinic and Doctor that I can go to them anytime and get very valuable and informative advice on the phone as well as my visits. Thank you. I have been a patient of Andrew since they brought the practice and I have been a very satisfied client ever since.

This practice is truely professionals. I went to their clinic with lot of emotional burden due to my son’s health. The doctor who attended my son was true professional. Her empathetic approach was immeasurable. She is so patient to listen to all of us. Her knowledge about the condition and her approach towards solving the problem deserves five star. My husband, Jim and I have been attending the Clinic for many years and are extremely pleased with the attention and care that we receive from our doctor, Richard Goodwin and the staff. The efficiency of the Malvern Medical Centre was again illustrated by their setup for the Covid vaccinations and are to be congratulated on what they have achieved.

Have been seeing Andrew for over 25 years and my 3 girls also see him. He is an amazing doctor.
