Malvern Medical Centre

My family and I have been attending MMC for many years. It’s a very caring and thorough medical practice initially organised and run by three brothers but has expanded to include many more doctors. Allied professionals are also employed to help if needed. I’m always listened to and concerns investigated. I thoroughly recommend MMC to others.

The experience with the Malvern Medical Centre has been First Class. As a busy person, the staff have been very accommodating with finding appointments that work with my schedule. The care, attention to detail and time spent explaining things demonstrates that the doctors really care about their patients. I would highly recommend this practice to others.

I walked in just after 6pm thinking it was a walk in clinic…. They were closed but hadn’t left…one of the doctors came out and said we’ll see you and help you out…. Thanks Dom, excellent service from people who genuinely care

I have been attending Malvern Medical Centre for a few years now and have had very pleasant experiences up until today. 2 hours waiting for a doctor - appointment was at 11.20am and still waiting at 1.15pm… receptionist was also rude when asked a simple question it was answered with ‘well I don’t know I am not a doctor’ … very condescending. Not happy!

This is a great clinic that is nicely modernised.and. Dr Panozzo really is the salt of the earth. A kind, clever man who thinks outside the box and really cares to go above and beyond.

Excellent practice to deal with.

Not the most convenient location for me, but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Have been a client at this practice for many years in fact our whole household are clients here. Doctors are first class, professional and highly skilled. They are well served by patient, courteous, knowledgeable staff.

Brilliant. We have known our GP for years and have always had excellent service, sometimes over and above. No praise is high enough.

This testing site run by my Medical Centre I have had all jabs done here appointment made checked in waited no more than 5 mins then sat outside for recommended time and left have had no effects from my jabs very pleased with this site

The staff was super helpful and the service was amazing! I loved the consultation with Dr Stacey Phillpots, very understanding and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back for further appointments

I have been looking for a new GP since my family doctor retired earlier this year, so after a couple of very positive recommendations I decided to book at Malvern medical practice. I must say that my first impressions are very good. Initial phone contact was handled promptly and efficiently, I was able to get an appointment the next day and after having attended that appointment I am extremely satisfied with the care I received.

Having our vaccine was made so easy. Knowledgeable and friendly Doctors and staff. We are moving to the area and have decided this is the practice I will use. Thank you

Rudest receptionist ever, she speaks over you and hung up for zero reason. Really needs re training on how to treat people

Clinic has a few doctors who really don’t know what medications to put you on without checking things like blood first and all but other than this I still love the team at Malvern medical Center

Most Doctors are watching the clock rather than attend to you or your needs. Not Malvern Medical Centre. Whilst my experience with this practice is short and therefore limited, The Goodwyn Brothers run a very respectable practice and I can only highly recommend them.
