Lucky Lupitas

Celebrated our daughter's birthday there since she insisted on Mexican. We were not disappointed, food was fresh and tasty with a decent vegetarian variety. The decor was funky but above all, the staff were very friendly and warm. Especially Fabiola, tq!

Interesting menu. Wasn't made clear how big some of the dishes were. Had to end up taking some food home as it was too much to eat after sharing a number of smaller plates of food.

Funky atmosphere and pretty special setup. Excellent service and food was good. Mexican down north adelaide this place can not be missed. Enjoy!

Tasty food, lovely staff but very noisy. Bad acoustics, tiled floor no sound absorbed, have to shout to each other. Some rugs and fabric wall hangings would help. Some preservative made my eyes swell, I thought it was all fresh, must be something in the sauce.

I am never disappointed when we dine here. The staff are friendly, the service great and I am get to have a bad meal! We went recently for an anniversary lunch and everything was fresh and delicious. We shared the lamb, tempura prawn and soft shell crab tacos, the beef brisket burrito, papas fritas, paired with the white rose sangria, and finished off with their dessert special chocolate brownie: D

The corn is the highlight. The overall dining experience and food is good. Funky place with good and attentive service despite the busyness. Food is on the slightly expensive side but my wife personally thinks its worth it. A happy wife is a gappy life. Will come back again.

Great atmosphere and relaxed vibe. Very friendly, helpful and prompt service. Food was ok but not as good as I hoped. Very acidic. Could just be a matter of taste though.

Nice restaurant, fairly decent seating and good food. I got some fajitas and they were served on a wooden serving board which made it hard to eat but it all tasted good.

One of my favorite restaurants. Always fresh and delicious Mexican meals. The serves are decent and the menu works well for sharing but also having your own dish. The occasional soft shell crab taco that pops up on the menu is to die for!

Still waiting for our drinks, I did not know it's self serving, did not even got my beer the waiter must be on work experience.

Adelaide's best Mexican food, at a fantastic price! The staff make the time spent here incredibly enjoyable, perfectly rounding out the experience at Lucky Lupitas!

Fresh ingredients and good range of traditional Mexican fare. Service was prompt and helpful waitress took us through the menu patiently. Had a lovely evening! Love their lucky elite (grilled corn). They also have banquet for $35 pp. Reasonably priced.

All I can say is coriander because that's all I could taste. And to be frank with you I HATE coriander and when you literally garnish everything with it and it's not mentioned on the menu. And slimy eggplant looking deep fried thing. Gross. I don't think you have the write elements of Mexican

Quite tasty, excellent excellent service, just a tad pricey, but very much worth it. Shrimp Spice Ceviche, so yum. SA Pale ale beer, unique. Grilled Chicken, delicious!

By far the best Mexican food I've had.
Service was great and friendly!
Food and drinks were even better and portion sizes was great!

The char-grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and very juicy, veggies were great and the sauce even better.

The chicken burrito was amazing, also very fresh and came out perfectly after the nachos (which were the best nachos I've had ever)

First timer and will be back!

The atmosphere is cool, service is lacking here being seated and attended to straight away but then left alone. The food came out and was cold, no point in complaining because that would require some attention. Drinks also disappointing.
