56Although the food here was good when we were in Adelaide last year I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT VISIT TO ADELAIDE LATER THIS YEAR AFTER THE RESTAURANT DID NOT ALLOW A DEAF/BLIND WOMAN TO HAVE A TABLE. IT IS NO USE SAYING IT JUST HAPPENED ONCE, IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME TO FOLK WITH SEEING EYE DOGS, WITH COMPANION DOGS FOR THOSE SUFFERING FROM PTSD, FROM AUTISM AND OTHER MEDICAL COMPLAINTS. ALL STAFF SHOULD KNOW THIS POLICY RE ASSISTANCE DOGS, NO EXCUSES
Two staff members refused entry to my friend because she has a guide dog. This restaurant broke the law and are heartless.
While I hope I never have to go on a first date again, if I did, I would come here. The food is exceptional, the location is awesome, and the place is a whole lot cheaper than you think it should be. 10/10 would bang.
Tried transitional beef noodles. Soup is good, but the noodles is bad. Some noodles are stick together and each piece is kinda thick.
Very mild flavors - the pho simply didn't have much flavor to it and the bun bo Hue though a bit tastier just was too mild. The portions were decent with enough beef to satisfy. Fried wontons and egg noodles were pretty good though.
RIGHTO, MARGARET ANNE HAYES.
JUST UNTANGLE THE KNICKERS A BIT THERE! YOUVE GOT THEM IN A BIT OF A BIND!
I'M GIVING 3 STARS FOR EFFORT IN ADMITTING THEY MADE A MISTAKE & APOLOGIZED FOR IT.
NOW GUYS, OFFER THE DEAF/BLIND LADY & HER FRIENDS A FREE DINING EXPERIENCE TO PROVE YOU ARE SORRY & I'LL VISIT SOMETIME & GIVE 4 or 5 if the food is either great or excellent.
So your business does not understand rules regarding guide dogs etc.you need to be shut down - a doubt the food is any good as all viet restos are cheap and nasty in food service and presentation
I will never come here again after your staff refused entry to a blind woman with an assistance dog. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be telling my friends and family to steer clear too. I hope you go broke
I wouldn't even rate them an average. Definitely smaller size Vietnamese restaurants provide more authentic food in Adelaide than the NNQ in the city. Avoid if you can
Food was awesome and great, customer services were a bit slow and you need to take initiative to get their attention so they can get our orders. Also the table was full of plates but no care to take plates out but leave us figure out how to make space for all plates.
Great restaurant, reccomend it to anyone. This place is one of my favourite to eat. However the air conditioning could improve. Fodd though, is amazing. Woodville store is probably the best one.
Wow. This food is incredible. I'd been meaning to come here for months, and I finally found a time just to pop in and grab a quick dinner. It was such a highlight and I'm glad that I took the opportunity. Will come again and eat this amazing food.
We had the banquet 50pp the food was tasty fresh and service was prompt and with a smile cannot reccomend this place enough
Nice simple clean Vietnamese food done well. There are a few branches around Adelaide to go to, and all keeps to a high standard no matter where you go. Service is excellent and efficient.
Poor experience. Made booking for 2: 30 but when we ordered kitchen was closed? Staff not phased. Odd to say the least.
The food was excellent, the service was.a little rough. Ordering was more difficult than necessary - it seemed like the staff weren't familiar with their menu. Most people at our table of ten had their orders mixed up in some way.
If two people ordered the same entree they were brought out on the same plate, not a big issue but this wasn't explained and caused a bit of confusion (particularly for a group that size) One of our party was brought the wrong meal twice before they got it right. We had so many little things go wrong that we had to laugh about it. We enjoyed the food and I hope they bring their service up to speed.
