It’s a lovely doctors clinic. The receptionist girls are absolutely beautiful, well mannered and respectful with great customer service. The doctors are all so amazing and well experienced. Especially Dr Siva and Dr Raphael who are my main doctors. They are both so helpful with great support and also easy to talk to about any concerns. I’m so happy that I found this amazing clinic!

Dr Raph is an outstanding family doctor, he has been seeing my family for the past 5 years and I could not recommend him highly enough, nothing is ever too big or small of a problem for him he is always happy to put in his all to help us feel better. His medical knowledge is outstanding and he never fails to go above and beyond to treat us. He is respectful, polite and highly reliable! Our family is so blessed to have found such an amazing doctor in the north east

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Raphael was very kind and caring. Listened to me patiently and answered all my questions. Clinical labs on site made blood tests quick and easy.

This is where I have been going with my husband and 3 kids, for 15 years now. Very pleased. Dr Raph is AMAZING with the kids. Truly a thorough doctor and very compassionate. Dr Siva is also brilliant. I love that they don't hesitate to run extra tests or get other specialists involved. They have a clinpath nurse available during certain times and paediatrician you can book into on Fridays. A lady doctor is available and they have psychologists and nutritionists available on-site too. All round a great clinic!

I recommend Siva to my friends who haven't locked in a long term GP. He's great, listens to you and builds up trust. I've been seeing him for years now and I go out of my way to go to Ladywood. I haven't connected as well with the other doctors there so I stick to Siva.

Won't bother coming here again. I kept with this drs clinic for a long time and saw each dr individually inside. Not one of them managed to help me, i have Fibromyalgia and the drs refused to listen, i got told I couldn't have the condition because I was too young. One of the drs said he'd refer me to a rheumatologist, when I got there it was a neurologist, completely wrong type of dr. I didn't even get an apology. Since changing drs I've got a lot of help and feel so much better.

Dr Raphael is a wonderful Dr.
Always spot on with his diagnoses for me and listens.

Good doctors, good service, easy to book, being a patient for a few years, very happy with the service from staff and doctors

Friendly staff, and Dr's who are both caring and friendly too. Never had an issue gaining an appointment on the day, or at most, the following day.

The staff are nice, especially the receptionists but when I went to see Wasan and told her that I didn't eat meat at all and I said that I was vegan, she looked at me and tsked and made it seem like it was the worse thing ever and assumed I'm not getting enough iron from veggies, so clearly she hasn't done a lot of research and she's a bit close minded. So just a warning to vegetarians and vegans if you're thinking of making an appointment with her. The only other girl doctor was Heidi and she seems to no longer be there but she was a very nice doctor.

Especially since this has had new owners it's a great surgery. Long opening hours, able to make appointments online, can always find a dr available same day in my experience. They've also got blood collection on site, and allied health like a dietitian.
Only con is the $18 surcharge per visit, though they do bulk bill kids.
