Every is so friendly and helpful from the Receptionists to the nursing staff.and doctors.the doctors are very nice.

Great friendly reception staff. Could not recommend Dr Raphael more! Professional to deal with, knows his craft and is very easy to get along with! Have dealt with him for 10+ years and will continue for many more.

Unbelievably excellent service from these guys.
They actually rang to tell me that they had a cancellation, and that i could attend earlier than my booked appointment if i wanted to.
So friendly, helpful and caring.

Great clinic with doctors who give 'old fashioned care. They listen and check everything before coming to their assessments. You won't feel hurried and the wait is never very long. My only worry is that everyone will go here and it will get harder to get in! 5 stars all round.

Great experience. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The doctor was friendly and I did not even feel the injection being administered. They were happy to accommodate my request to have my vaccination earlier than scheduled due to my need to get back to the farm to attend to the calving cows.

The online booking system provided me with choices - my own doctor, day and time, longer appointment, finally a telephone appt.during Lockdown.

This morning I decided its time to get my Covid vaccine. I called the Ladywood clinic and within 2 hours I had my first shot. There was no mucking about, it was all done with a really professional touch. The reception staff were brilliant. The doctor was great, very thorough in explaining everything.

Everything was excellent except the usual wait after arriving. I'm always early as a courtesy- yet waited 20 minutes past my appointed time. This seems to be standard practice and suggests my time is less valuable than theirs.

I have been visiting this clinic since past 2 years and I see dr Prakash Raphael and dr Siva for my bubs. They both are amazing.

This surgery is exceptionally good, has awesome doctors, I trust Dr Raphael with my life, as well as Dr Siva. I don’t mind travelling 25/30 mins to see them at all. I value their friendship as well as their professional opinions.

Highly recommended this practice. Can't fault any of the Doctors, nurses and staff, all of whom are highly proficient and efficient.
