I have had a great experience. My needs have been met and i really enjoy the time I spend with my support workers. I feel understood and have been able to build a close relationship with my support workers. My support workers and I do a lot of things together both around my home and out in the community.
My Case Manger is just great and I like how she helps me organise things.

Adrian from komplete Care was very helpful with all the information that my mum and I needed to get some help for her to live with my family at home. Adrian helped with paperwork and helped make calls to services for us very professional and compassionate towards our needs would highly recommend him and komplete care

Hi my name is kerry my daughter sarah has autism, OCD, learning disability.
Two years ago my daughter sarah was approved with NDIS I had no idea at the time who to go through so I randomly chose some where near home.
Time went by 7 months of Sarah's funding was waisted with no help, until I met a lady i know Janette that goes through Komplete care and she listened to me then referred me to Adrian at Komplete care.
I called Komplete care within a few days Adrian came to my home, Adrian explained everything Komplete care offer and organised a social coordinator to come to my home, (Carina) from same company. I like to say thankyou to both Adrian and Carina you both have gone above and beyond and still do. Carina thankyou for everything you organise for sarah with careers staff, each monthly callenders with the days the times and all Sarah's amazing careers that show on her calendar. In the last week each career has spent hours with Sarah practicing for Sarah to pass her theory driving test to get her Learners and today Sarah passed this was a massive acheivement for Sarah. Thankyou to careers Lisa your incredible arriving early so positive your so good at what you do thankyou then patricia wow amazing 2 hours of practicing theory, Sophie same 2 hours of theory practicing, Harg taking Sarah to singing lessons. My daughter loves you all, and loves Komplete care best company we highly recommend you will not regret.
Thankyou again Carina for organising Adrian to visit my mum at home as Adrian registered my mum with my aged care as my mum is over 65 is in her 70's Komplete care also assist with gardening, home cleaning, shopping, any daily living skills so happy thanks guys

After having trouble with NDIS, Sam from Komplete care and his team were only too happy to help. They were able to pick up things within our application that we had missed and were also able to help make the whole experience much less daunting. We finally feel like we have someone helping us get through this. Would reccomend the team at Komplete Care to anyone as they are super friendly and truly want to help!

I have heard of Komplete Care, from my radio station life FM, and pastor Scott and Linda, so l emailed Komplete Care with my requests, for our beautiful daughter and Promptly heard from Sam, whom straight away arranged a meet and greet, with us as family.amazing Gods incidence after l Prayed about this and to note the similarities with names and disscussions, we realised we know dear Sam's father and family whom we consider dear friends so needless to say we will be going with this beautiful company and look forward to our future for our daughter with care from a loving enviroment, Sam was prompt, delightful, imformative, Thank You Sam. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because all I can say is WOW and a big thank you after having 2 awful agencies Komplete care is a breath of fresh air and nothing but a blessing to both me and my husband.
As they have made the transition so transparent that it couldn't have been easier.

Excellent case managers and office staff but most of all extremely good support workers that are matched to you and they are all for whats best for the client and the family.

They have even gone out there way with no obligation or conditions to help my husband to do an NDIS application for his ASD. Which has been a huge help and pleasure for us both which is helping make the processes a bit easier and as stress free as possible.

My experience with the company has been all round positive. My mother has received services for several months and they have been prompt, efficient and dedicated to giving the best service possible. Her carers have formed a great relationship where she feels safe and well cared for.
My husband also works for the company and his experience has also been positive. As much as they care for their clients, they also care greatly for their employees which reflects well in the work and home environment.

A wonderful team who really take the time to listen to those they are supporting and go above and beyond to deliver on their promises. I personally love working with this team- thank you for all you do.
