I would like to express my gratitude to my case manager Ananda Page from the Salisbury branch, one of the most dedicated care assistant I ever dealt with, compassionate, extremely helpful getting out of her way to assist her client. I will ike to congratulate Komplete Care fir employing such a wonderful dedicated person to help people with disabilities

The person who came to us (Jordan) to explain what KompleteCare could offer us as a service provider for our Home Care Packages was excellent. He took the time we needed to explain all the services, fees and procedures for signing up with this provider. Jordan is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and clear in his explanations. He answered all our questions professionally and honestly, and the paperwork is clear too - no hidden charges.

We felt an instant rapport with him, and we both had some cultural and lifestyle similarities with Jordan. It was an easy process to sign up, and within 5 days, we have already been assigned a dedicated Case Manager, the same person for both of us. We have thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with Jordan.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jordan and Cody today, presenting KompleteCare's My Aged Care supports for my Dad. Lovely young men who had answers to all our questions and gave us a lot of idea's on how dad can retain independence moving forward.
They were fun, humorous, and knew their information and also their limits.
They have provided us with a light during an extremely difficult period and hoping that the rest of KompleteCare lives up to the example they have set today.

After making phone contact with Cody earlier this year, he provided me with some information that helped me research various myage care providers.
Once I receive confirmation for both my husband and myself for Myage funding I decided to invite Cody to present Komplete Care’s portfolio and I accepted because f2f contact with us was presented in a fully understandable way.

Basing my review on the administration side of things and the case manager, who is so unorganised and seems to have no idea about what services we receive or when and how often. We have been overcharged by hundreds of dollars out of our ndis plan and no one is interested in looking into it. The case manager is so unorganised that she has had to contact our specialist support co ordinator numerous times requesting information that she has been given already which every call made costs us money out of our ndis funds. The only reason we have stayed with this company is because we have an amazing support worker but even now it's got to the stage where even that's not enough to stay and we will be looking at getting services elsewhere

I've been working with the company now for 5 years and it's been such a pleasure. The staff has all been so great and the clients have made me feel so welcome in their own homes and shown me ways to grow as a person.

I’m going to be getting employment here soon and I’m. Looking forward to it. I’ve been in and spoke already and having everything explained to me so I understand how it all works. I enjoyed the experience already and great people I’ve met so far. Heard from someone who works here already that lets me know how good they are and now have seen it for myself.

Without doubt from my first conversation with the Staff from Komplete Care I felt they listened and understood what my and my husbands needs were. I did not feel over whelmed at navigating the process of accepting a home care package from My Aged Care. Just give then a call as I did and have your worries and or concerns alleviated.

I have recently dealt with this company. I had an issue with a particular carer, which was reported over the phone to the case worker. During the call, she yelled at me, calling me a liar.

Whilst the particular carer's employment was terminated as a result of her actions involving me, being yelled at, called a liar was enough for me to terminate their services.

When I advised of the termination I requested it be done at the end of the week, that the incident occurred. However, in their wisdom, they decided to terminate it effective of the day the request was made, leaving me without a carer for the remainder of the week.

So anyone wishing to take this company on, be cautious. They didn't seem to like a negative report about an employee and acted worse upon being advised of a termination of their services
