KFC Pulteney Street: Takeaway

Wow seriously this place is amazing. Service was quick. Ordered twice in a night because they are that fingers licking good.

Always an average experience. Sometimes the staff prepares the food fresh if asked and happy to wait but usually the food isn’t top quality - soggy chips and burger is usually bland.

You guys are absolutely disgusting. This piece of hair is right in chicken.
For years I've ignored that sometimes my order would be wrong and fries would usually be soggy.

I live 2 minutes from this store, have been for 18 months.its only cos im desperate for some food and love kfc that i buy from here.i have ordered from here about 8 or 9 times in that period and never once have i really enjoyed it.times up for this kfc.never again

There was a young lady working on Friday the 5th of November at 8.30 pm.

There is a tall blond girl always gives me the smallest chicken pieces.last time she picked smallest ones and today again.her attitude is bad as well

We had to wait nearly 45 minutes for our order. Very poor customer service will never go back here. Would score a 0 if possible

I ordered a zinger stacker burger and I got 4 chicken tenders inside it. Worst experience of my life. Better off getting HJ's across the road.

Could tell the girl serving us was new, we was patient and waited for her to seek help from a manager.
By the end we essentially had 3 people serving us for 1 meal and a large chips on the side.
I stood waiting for a receipt, when asked where the receipt was they said "didn't print it, its gone now" im thinking.okay whatever I'll just wait for the meal then. When we get the meal we noticed there were no large chips on the side, I notified the manager.honestly a little odd that this KFCs management style is by first, arguing with us that what we got is what we ordered of course I was denied a receipt (so what proof did I have?) And secondly, throwing everything across the counter because a customer has politely asked for their basic order to be correct.
We had to ask for the drink we paid for which was met with more hostility and I get home to still having half the meal missing?

Bought because of convenient location. Great customer service. Terrible food. If it wasnt for the excel t customer service everytime, this would be 1 star. I been to many many kfc and this maybe the worst.

I found hair twice in two different pieces of chicken when I talked with manager he said its just a chicken hairs and its too small. A worst customer service with no apology and staff’s behaviour was disgusting including their Manager.

Very bad experience. Ordered online pickup 2 large fries one zinger burger with supercharged sauce and regular popcorn. Not received 1 fries received small popcorn and in burger no supercharged sauce and got mayo. Worst experience.

Bad customer service and chaos stuff management. I bought a 21 original recipe chicken today about 10pm from KFC APP and pick up on Pulteney St. A white girl (manager may be) told me they don't have enough original recipe, but she can give me mixed 7 original tenders, 7 original zinger and 7 original recipe. However she only gave me 6 original zinger tenders, 4 original recipe and other all normal tenders. What a cheat! When i came back to ask exchange 21 original recipe she rejected and no apology. The worst fast food shopping experience I have never had! It deserve lower rate!

After having a long hard day, had just ordered a meal to be delivered, It was the worst KFC I have ever had, my food from the restaurant took at least 15 minutes to get to me, my chicken not even warm or fresh, neither were the chips, they were under warm and the chicken coating was a bit on the dark side, perhaps over cooked and left in their warmer for hours, I've worked in hospitality and that food was terrible, I couldn't eat it.

Is by far the filthiest shop. I have ever ate in.rubbish everywhere I noticed no rubbish bin might be the problem.tables filthy everything filthy.pure pig sty

Stuff don’t know what I ordered and packed me 6 wicked wings short, box looks smaller and lighter than normal, confirmed with staff, they said that’s all.went home opened up.

This is all fake

Got a box of wicked wings here, instead I got put-together leftovers from various bad batches which was not even fresh, slammed in with a tissue. Unbelievably bad, would give 0 star if possible.
I have never had service this bad at other KFC stores, looked at the reviews from this store and discovered they always did this. I don’t know why the KFC company allows this kind of behavior. Hope this gets dealt with soon.

The slowest and worst KFC I have ever been to. The stuff have no idea how to serve customers. It took 17 minutes to get my order done. I almost thought I was in an a la ca restaurant. Won’t be order here any more.

Got nuggets here once, they tasted like popcorn chicken & nothing like their nuggets.

Today (2nd visit) I got a chicken tender meal & the meal just looks depressing.the chicken tenders are miniature.

Avoid the chicken tenders, the tiny size of them is in no way worth the cost.

Fresh food, manager personally handed our food to us with great manners. One of the best looking kfc's around Adelaide
