KFC Pulteney Street: Takeaway

Got KFC delivered for lunch. The chips were absolutely woeful. None of us could eat them. They were old and nasty and went straight in the bin. Waste of money

Staff in training I think, our order was simple and placed when shop was not busy yet orders after us came through first. When order finally was ready, one was ok the other had the wrong burger and missing a piece of chicken. Returned to counter and order rectified. Food was still tasty but.

Doesn't offer certain KFC items that everywhere else does. Food took 30 minutes to come out. Trash and gravy all over the tables, no one bothered to clean the small restaurant area

Recommend for their take away KFC, but not for dine as limited seat place and a bit dirty.

If you plan for take away, it is a good choice as chicken very juicy and crunchy. Fast services and it open till late.

Always a bit dingy but they keep up with it as well as they can considering it's right in the middle of the CBD

Pretty standard service, but the cleanliness of the dining area wasn't great. It's small enough as it is without having to remove the previous diners pile of rubbish for them.

Ordered 3 pieces of hot n crispy and 6 wicked wings. Order come out with only 8 pieces, missing one wicked wing

KFC popcorn chicken are the best. Staff super friendly. Strategic location. Highly recommended.

To be frank the service was horrible I waited for 10 minutes for a single drink which cost me one dollar, I can understand if the store is busy but there was 5 other people in the store. The store was also filthy, I am not expecting much from a fast food restaurant but it was embarrassing.

The service here was good, the chicken tasted very fresh and delicious. However I found it extremely bizarre that they do not sell potato and gravy at all. I’m very curious to know why. I’m not going to lie, I was very disappointed about it. My 3 piece box just did not taste the same without it. It had plain gravy instead.

The burger bun was stale and the popcorn chicken was very old and nothing was fresh, my friends burger bun was also stale.not a good experience

We order 3 meal boxes didn't get cutlery, chicken was burnt, dry and cold. Was expecting potato and gravy with our meals but only got tub of gravy. When we asked staff about it they told us they don't do potato and gravy at this store. It is terrible they can advertise the meal on tv and radio and not able to get the correct meal at this store even though the name is the same. This is misleading and fake advertising. Tables and chairs was devastatingly dirty with rubbish and food. Had to clean our own table. Chips was ok and staff was ok.

Very dirty environment. The chicken is just cooked, not really cooked through. Chock the bunch of tissue under the chicken, all saturated. From top to toe lack of respect and decency.

Generally I like KFC’s food. However this particular store was an eye opener.
The tables and chairs were disgusting. Every table and chair littered with food scraps and packaging. Staff also seemed miserable. We had quite a lengthy wait for our food. At no time did anybody come out to clean. When our order was finally ready, there was nowhere even remotely clean enough for my daughter and I to eat our meal. Dirtiest restaurant I have ever set foot into.

19/06,9: 45 pm, Ordered $20 deal of 10 nugs and 10 tenders, I asked the person at counter to make them fresh as I was taking away, he said everything was freshly made, when I got it I knew it was stale so checked it and the nugget was cold as ice, I asked him everything was cold and he just gave me replacement of 10 nuggest while the tenders cold as Ice. I was running late then and had to leave with cold tenders.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order placed in kfc app at 5: 28pm, three calls to your delivery number and at 8: 14pm cancelled order as no driver allocated. Disgusting. On top of that try and call store direct, phone constantly engaged or off the hook. Never again.

The dining area is left in a messy condition most of the time, the benches & tables don't seem to be wiped down very often ️
